It included a balanced combination of stretching and compression. I had never had a Thai massage so I wasn't sure what to expect and now I can't wait for the next one! I felt very comfortable with Jenna and appreciated her occasionally checking to make sure I was ok with the amount of pressure she applied. Her prices are more than reasonable and I can hardly wait for the next one!

Occasionally, I have used a mobile therapist, but very often they are less than professional or punctual, which can be frustrating. Jenna was quite the opposite of that. She was very professional polite, and an outstandingmassage therapist. At the end of my initial massage I felt compelled to schedule my next appointment, and I will continue utilizing her services. She is a fantastic, skilled professional massage therapist that as a retired army combat veteran, I can count on to help me manage my chronic muscle pain. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I originally found her through the physical therapy clinic I used to go to, but I stopped going there because she was the one who truly made a difference in my recovery and overall pain relief. Her combination of massage, stretching, and therapeutic work is second to none, and somehow she manages to keep her prices super affordable for the level of care and skill she offers. I absolutely love LaVita massage!…read more I initially came to LaVita because I was given a Spa Finder gift card and they are accepted here. I did not have high hopes as most subscription based massage places have a lot of turnover and therapist that just seem like they want to get through the 50 minutes exuding the least amount of energy as possible. My massage therapist at LaVita was exactly the opposite. He asked about my trouble areas and gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever received focusing on the knots in my back that were causing pain. Most 1 hour massages are a clinical hour "50 minutes". They give you 5 minutes to get ready and 5 minutes to get dressed. Some places take this to the next level, I've watched the clock and received 40 minutes in some cases. Not here, after 3 visits I have never felt they were limiting my massage time or putting less effort in to the massage since I subscribed to the monthly program. I highly recommend!

I chose to do cupping too, which I've never tried before. I found it interesting that cupping happens concurrently to the massage, to enhance the massage and provide deep-tissue massage to wherever the cups are placed. Kaita listened to where my problem areas were, and focused on addressing those issues. I've had stiff upper back muscles for almost a month now, and those are completely back to normal after seeing Kaita. I've already scheduled my next visit for a month from now - I can't wait!
