Second, they were out of the free items and we were basically told too bad. Common sense would dictate that the store would stock enough items to get through their sale, but my hubby tells me that HF ALWAYS runs out of the free items during its sales. Third, I had 2 coupons in my hand and laid them on the counter but the cashier didn't give us the 20% discount on our items. Bad customer service. Wonder why brick and mortar stores are going out of business!!!! I'll continue to shop online where I don't have to deal with long lines and bad attitudes from store employees.

They were eventually able (after 10 to 15 minutes) able to find my order. They were extremely apologetic, which was helpful. So - I changed my review to 2 stars from 1 star. However - I had also purchased a flatbed trailer from this location earlier this spring, only to find that a light was broken. The staff at this location are incredibly lazy. And incompetent. It is almost like they avoid you when. you come into the store. Staff at stores like this one need to realize that - IMO - MOST people who come into a store like this are unsure of what they need and could use some help. I've spent close to $4K at this location just this spring. I wish there was an alternative.
