Went in a few weeks ago to just have my toenails cut since I was in a hurry. Just as I sat in the chair and the tech pulled out their clippers, I glanced down at the towel they put over the footrest and noticed something like slivers of white strips. I looked down closely and it was toe nails. I pointed it out to the tech and he picked a few nails off and threw them on the floor. I was mortified and told him "new". He got up and huffed loudly, went to the cabinet and grabbed another towel, and huffed again loudly as he sat back down as if my request was unreasonable. Every service industry needs to be inspected by the Health Department to ensure quality services, and I think this place is about overdue for an inspection. read more

I went for a fill. First the young lady left the drill in one spot which cause it to burn. Then on the other hand, she was drilling so fast until it slipped and cut my finger open. I started bleeding everywhere, she didn't even have the decency to offer me a bandaid. I will never ever go back there! read more

Wendy, the nail stylist with THE best sense 'sly' of humor (so, for me, very fun to talk to), did a great job on my very first "Full set!" (is that what's it's called?). Haha. As a first timer getting "fake" nails, I was skeptical. 3 weeks later and these 10 puppies are holding up AND look beautiful. I have not trashed them yet (and yes, I am darn hard on my nails!). I am picky too - so it's not that I didn't "get" the full set requirements, it's just that I'd never had it done before. And, they came out PERFECT. I am sold for life now! Yikes! Other customers in the shop, there at the same time, seemed to be regulars and were as happy as I was with the results. I will be back. Highly recommend. Hopefully, not beginners luck xo read more

This place is so unsanitary! Me and my mom came in for a pedicure, and they use the drill on the BOTH of us without cleaning it or sanitizing it! When we mentioned it no one did anything at first, until we demanded it! They do not clean their tools! Do not come here!! read more

HORRIBLE PLACE EVER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! My prom was Saturday and I needed to get my nails done and this was the closest place to me,I came in and have to wait but didn't mind;But after a WHOLE HOUR I WAS GROWING very impatient. This place is bad!! I paid 115 for me and my boyfriend to end up with chipped, mis-shaped, and thick nails!! Very upset! By the far the worst dip I've ever had! The tech also left blue rings around my nails instead of cleaning them up the way she's suppose to. Took 45 for a pedi and mani, she rushed the heck outta my nails!! I do not recommend!! I really wanted to like this place since it's right around the corner from where I live. Everything started off okay--I was seen right away and the woman doing my pedicure really paid attention to detail. "Nice! "I thought. That's where it all ended though. I started to take a second look around and I noticed that they hadn't changed the towel from when I was in the pedicure chair AND the towel that was currently being used for my manicure had also not been changed! (It had a long dirty fingernail clipping caught in the fibers that definitely didn't belong to me). Overall, my nails look nice--but I PAID for it. This was one of the most expensive mani/pedis I've ever gotten! ($72!!) I did expect to pay extra for shellac but that was just a rip off. Needless to say, no matter how conveniently located this place is...I won't be going back. read more

This place was absolutely tremendous. My daughter and 2 of her friends were out having a girls day out, so I thought I would treat them to some pampering. When they were finished the girls told me that they had a wonderful experience and plan on only using this place in the future. I was very surprised to see such a low review, then I realized it was a new business as for most new businesses it takes a little while to get the kinks worked out. I have been to this salon 3 times, 3 times I was disappointed. The first time I went just to get my nails painted. The technician removed my nail polish, buffed my nails and tended to another customer for approximately 20 minutes before I walked out and said forget it. The 2nd time I went for an acrylic fill (had a full set done elsewhere). Initially they looked pretty good but after just 1 week the acrylic started peeling up on the sides and around the cuticle. I put it off for one more week and by then my nails looked AWFUL. 3rd visit..Obviously I didn't want to waste money on another fill from them so I decided that my nails underneath were long enough to just have the acrylics removed. WORST EXPERIENCE YET. The technician was in a rush so once the acrylics were removed he lightly buffed my nails DID NOT SHAPE THEM and began painting. He did not allow adequate drying time between coats and the paint was applied very sloppily leaving my nails very unevenly painted. Once he was done he went outside, didn't come back in to check on me, make sure I liked them... I actually had to ask another technician to re-do a nail because he'd missed a piece of acrylic and painted over it. I will not be giving this salon another chance. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more
