Highly recommend Pretty Nails & Spa! They were clean, organized, and efficient. Everyone seemed happy with their nails, including me! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pedicure/manicure chairs were very nice. A couple info points that I like to know about my nail salons: - Pedicure chairs have massage functions - Pedicure lotion is not heated, but the towels are - Manicure chairs are comfortable - They used Bath & Bodyworks lotion, which I'm not super fond of. I would prefer a professional brand. Also, the fragrances of their products were fruity, which many people don't like. I like floral or no scent, which I think is pretty standard. Overall, it was so nice to have a mani pedi with foot/leg and hand/arm massages! I would prefer better products, but the nail work is terrific. Very satisfied with my nails! read more

Good Day! I was browsing for a new nail salon, looking for style, affordable and great customer service. After 1 phone call early Thursday afternoon my heart was set, with open availability and nail techs were ready to take walk ins. Nick was my nail tech and did amazing! He listened, and was very patient with his art work. He took his time on my cuticles and buffed them gentle... not rough like my past experiences. I have been going here for a couple of years and it is steadily declining. I used to recommend Pretty Nails to everyone for pedicures/manicures/full sets/etc. but the last few times I visited they seemed rushed through the service and didn't pay attention to my cuticles, I had to correct the color selection, and overall felt uncomfortable. I even got a pedicure and my nail tech was on FaceTime for the majority of it with my feet in the direct view. I have been holding off on writing this review as I said I have been coming for years and was hoping they were one-off experiences, but due to the rising prices and declining service I no longer plan to visit. It was awesome!! i feel so pretty after leaving here. my friend and I decided to try out Pretty Nails because we had heard people rave about it and we really enjoyed it. Definitely going back!! Not super pricey either. My friend paid $45 for her hip powder nails and I got a cute design on mine for easter with gel polish and paid $60. WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had a tropical gel pedicure for $76.22(!!!) and what they don't say or put in the menu is that gel is $25 extra. The man, Jimmy, was so rough he nearly rubbed my skin off! And the entire bad experience lasted 20 min!!!!! The most money I've ever paid for truly for the shortest, least relaxing, and the worst experience ever. Do not go here!! read more

Hubby and I went in for a mani /pedi. We received a great pedicure but then...we went for the manicure every thing went horrible. We got attitude because we wanted a manicure and my tech didn't even soak or massage my hands as the tech for my husband did. Manager came over saw how horrible my nails looked and crooked. She was rough and really not good at manicures. Manager offered to fix my nails but after seeing how dirty his nails were I just couldn't get out faster enough. Don't recommend this place. Stay far away. The people are nasty. read more

I previously got my nails done at Vynus Nails and they did a horrible job. They as well gave me acrygel when I specifically asked for builder gel. I also got a gel pedi and they weren't cured all the way. I was really nervous coming here because I was really hoping I would get what I paid for. And I did! Service was IMMACULATE! I've always been very picky with my nails but for the first time in a very long time I'm through the roof with joy. Loved the atmosphere. Very calm and serene and friendly service. They did a good job with my nail set and the customer service was great. The only problem that I had was that I was charged $5 for the length of my nails. I asked why and was told my length was considered "short to medium" and had my length had been a tad bit shorter I wouldn't have been charged anything. read more

Excellent place very relaxing, my first time visiting this salon and I went on a Sunday. Not very crowded. I received the deluxe pedicure with a mango scrub a bit pricey but worth the $55 for an hour with hot rocks, hot towels, a scrub and foot massage could have been a little less rushed but overall a great clean place. read more

Customer Service Is Normally Really Good There . Both My Toes Did Get Cut Only Noticed One At The Salon Which Wasn't Even Apologized To About .. Went To Put On My Shoes & My Acrylic On My Pinky Toe Chipped So I Went Back In & The Person ( Don't Want To Put They Name Bc I'm Not That Type Of Person) That Actually Did My Nails Still Didnt Apologize For Me Having To Return 30mins Later( I Even Tipped Despite My Toe Burning) . Schedule an appointment day early for pedi and asked person on phone is there was time for a mani if we changed our minds when we got there, she said yes no problem. We arrived 5 minutes before appointment and we waited about 15 to be seated... ok, no problem they're running behind. Then we waited another 30 minutes in the chairs before a tech came to us. My sister's tech took his time and gave her a massage, my tech was nice enough but rushed through the process and didn't give a massage for either service & we were both charged the same. My tech did a fair job, my nails look pretty, but he didn't file in the end and I've noticed a few rough patches since leaving the salon. In all, the place is clean and the staff is nice, I would just be careful with the tech you get. I'll probably come back and ask for a different tech. read more

Nice place. They did a good job on my nails and toes. Highly offended the young man asked to "help me" do a great review and receive a $5.00 discount. I had just sat down, how can I give a review when you have not even started my pedi. You do a good job, clean facility (although I didn't like he cleaned the nail file, the clippers after my pedi, in the dirty tub to use on another person.... These tools should be sanitized!!! Makes me rethink going back. Quit trying to buy reviews and get them on your own merit. It's a fraudulent practice, stop it! read more

Best nail salon I've been to in awhile! Very clean environment with super friendly staff. I got a gel x set on my hands with a spa pedicure for my toes. I had Jenny and she made sure that I was satisfied with color, shape, and length before continuing to any next steps. This will for sure be the nail salon that I return to!!! read more

The salon is pretty. I had a Lavender Deluxe Pedicure. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the person who took care of me, but the pedicure was thorough. The people were friendly enough (I don't like lots of chatter during a relaxing service.) I'll probably come here again. My only objection was the strange karaoke 70's & 80's pop music they played. Not even the real songs, just weird renditions of them. But it wasn't too loud, so I could kind of tune it out. read more

I went to the establishment today to get my nails done. I had a full set put on at $50, design five dollars, to cut down my nails from the full set. They charge $10 and to shape my Nails square they charged another $10. I am a college student not once. Did they tell me ahead of time how much these additional charges were going to be to shape my nails and to cut the Nail down. When I called to speak to a manager or owner, they were not on staff. Andy answered the phone and asked me to call back another time when I asked Andy what time would be best he hung up on me. I didn't even tell him the reason for my call, I called Andy back again and I asked him when a manager owner would be available. He said he's busy and he hung up. I never leave reviews on places, but I had such a great experience at this nail spa that I thought it was worth it. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure and walked out happy with my experience. A few days later I noticed that the gel on one of my nails began to chip so I went back in to get it fixed and they ended up redoing all of my nails to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. I usually have trouble finding good nail spas here, but I think this place will become my new regular. They are clean, welcoming, accommodating, and in a great location.
