For starters I absolutely hate when (and this is at any salon) I get hounded and pressured into getting gel instead of regular polish. There were so many people that came up to me trying to get me to change my mind and then the last lady, my actual tech, said that they don't have the dryers anymore so I HAD to get gel. Was this true? Idk. But I was over it and them and ready to get out of there so I gave in and said I'd go with gel. Then the lady messed up a bunch of times and blamed me for moving my toes when I didn't and that took longer than expected. I was never offered a drink when everyone that came in or was already there was. The remote for the massage chair wasn't easy to use either. It truly was not the relaxing, treat myself experience I went in for. Like I said, I will not be back.
