I'm pretty new to the pedicure game, I'll have to admit, but I've tried a few places in town now and I'll say this has been my favorite spot when considering the entire experience and the value. I get the Lavender pedicure for $39 and I have a great time. Kim and Shu have both been my specialists before and both give great massages, and my feet leave feeling very smooth. My nails get trimmed well and although I hate when they mess with my cuticles, my feet ultimately thank them. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Complimentary drink included! read more

100% do not recommend. Looks luxurious but it was trouble from the start. Wanted full service pedicure with extra massage and that's not available. Are you serious I can't buy an extra ten minutes? Not only is the answer no but the kid lectured me on how they are not a reflexology place. Ok.... Then they did not have the hot pink color I wanted so I had to modify there as well and settle. Ok... They do offer complimentary water and wine, but do beware, you are only allowed one glass. Wtf? I'm going to the hospital, was going to be getting a couple hours of mani / pedi service, spend well over $100 with you and you lecture me that I can't have a second glass of wine? Uh, no... Li is lovely and worth seeing if you go to the salon. Stay away from Noire as it's not high end as it appears to be and definitely not worth the up-charged prices. May as well go to a ratty nail shop instead and save $$$. We women gladly pay $$$ to relax and be pampered. It is very upsetting to go somewhere expecting pampering and not receive it. read more

Boyfriend and I went here on a whim! We got basic pedicures and what a total experience! We were offered drinks, they had coke products. The massage chair was wonderful and got every knot I knew I had! Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. It's been 2 weeks and my nail polish has not chipped off! read more

Came here on a whim with my friends. They are having a 20% off special currently. They got pedicures that they loved. I got a gel ombré manicure. Great parts: - they offered free beverages (alcohol coming soon) - didn't cut my cuticles too deep - I was able to communicate what I wanted to the nail artist without issue - my nails came out great Will definitely come here again. read more

I made an appointment and came here on my lunch break. First off, the salon is absolutely gorgeous! They have a beautiful interior and everything is incredibly clean. The woman at the front desk was gracious and welcoming. I picked out a light purple gel color called Unicorn Lovely and I'm kind of obsessed with it! Evelyn was my manicurist and she was so sweet. I went back yesterday and told them that I was not happy and they redid my nails for free today. It did take an hour and a half (because they had to remove the old dip but the person who did them was really nice and thorough. Go see nail tech "Nam" if you're in the area. read more

I am not the biggest fan of staying in nail salons for too long... but noire is worth it! I have never had a bad experience here besides the occasional waits. I went to another salon in Gainesville multiple times just to be disappointed. I was so excited to find Noire! The quality of services is great and I keep coming back. read more

I decided to try a new nail place while I was in town. I walked in and the host was napping so I stepped to the side to say hello and get someone's attention. My nail tech did not do a great job. The powder nail color was all over my nails. The shape of the nails don't match. I give it a 3 stars because it's a cute location and my nail polish color was great. Hopefully it improves. read more

Paid nearly $80 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I'm okay with this price if the quality is going to match, but unfortunately it did not. I have very short nails already, but they filed some of my nails down so short they were sore and red. Both the manicure and pedicure have held up well so far but they didn't polish all the way to the edges of my nails and they didn't do the best job cleaning up my cuticles/nail beds. Definitely not worth the price tag if they're not going to at least paint my entire toe nail. What made matters worse was that the two younger guys doing my nails were pretty clearly talking about me/making fun of me knowing I couldn't understand them. The whole time one would look at me, say something to the other, then they'd both giggle. Pretty rude considering how much I was paying for a very mediocre manicure and pedicure. One of the dudes also pumped massage oil into my hands as I was leaving (I thought it was lotion is why I let him) and it made my hands so greasy I could barely get my card out of my wallet to pay. Just a bizarre experience overall and next time I need my nails done I'll probably just do it myself. read more

Paid nearly $70 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure only for GEL manicure to chip within 5 days. Left unsatisfied with my experience as my nail beds were not completely painted, leaving a larger unpainted area of nail between my skin and the polish than usual, but decided I would give it a fair shot. 5 days out and my manicure began chipping and starting to detach. 9 days out and my manicure is completely destroyed. Save your money - better salons at cheaper prices nearby!! Will NOT be returning. Only giving 2 stars because they took me as a walk-in about 30 minutes prior to closing time. read more

Had a great first experience! This has been the first nail salon in Gainesville that I have been so happy with their service! They are the first place I have gone to in Gainesville that has unpacked a fresh nail filer and opened clean tools for the pedicure, which I think is extremely important. My pedicure was done by Vicky and she was so great. She really paid attention to detail and took her time to give me a great experience. The salon is super clean and the workers are really pleasant. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to many others! read more

This nail salon is so beautiful! The decorations and the overall "look" of the salon is so professional and chic. I really liked James who did my pedicure. All the nail techs are dressed really nice and actually take pride in providing the services to you. All of the employees are sweet and great hosts! I was offered cookies and a drink when I arrived (but not offered wine - which is listed as complimentary) so I would ask for that if you want it. I would advertise the free alcoholic drinks more since this is a nail "bar" and the logo is a wine glass. The single downfall - the services provided are somewhat overpriced. For a regular pedicure, it was $32. The experience overall was great, but I would have liked to pay a little less! read more

I got my nails done here today and as you can see my nails are missing paint have bubbles in them and have scratches on them . it looks like they're already outgrown and need a filling. Would not recommend this place I paid $65 for crappy quality. read more

Went to get my nails done here and they did an outstanding job on my toes and my acrylic nails. The colors and shaping was amazing. Only downside is it is a bit pricey. A regular pedicure is - $32 and they charged me extra for removing my gel nail polish off my toes (I personally believe that should be included in the pedicure price). Otherwise great service, it's cute and clean. read more

I had a really great experience. I ended up coming here last minute for a pedicure. I ended up getting just the basic pedicure for $32 and it was perfect for me. The staff members were very friendly and everything looked really clean and sleek. It's a very fancy looking place. They have a little bar off to the side and offer you something to drink almost immediately when you're seated. I suffer from bad ingrown nails and the guy that did my pedicure is one of the only people to try to get them out. He really was focusing time and effort to make sure he cut out my ingrown nails. He also gave a wicked leg massage. I kept closing my eyes and almost started to fall asleep. My polish job looks great and even. I would definitely go back. read more

Went to get a white gel pedicure and in the process of getting my toes done the nail tech got hot pink nail polish on my sneakers . When I showed him the damage I didn't even get an apology. No one next to me used hot pink polish so it had to have been on the kit they use to move there tools around or the UV lamp . Ugh... I don't know if it's just my luck today? I went to a nail salon earlier to get a mani and pedi. Pedi at earlier salon was so sloppy I decided to go to a different salon for the mani. I considered doing a polish change on my toes because the polish on my toes was not good. This salon was going to charge me $15 just to change the polish. No on polish change. I wanted a regular manicure, my tech was friendly and engaging but it was just another rush job. Both my toes and my fingers look like I did them. This place is dangerous. The woman who did my toes jammed her tools into my cuticles so deep she drew blood. Now, my toe is inflamed, hot to the touch, and throbbing. I see a round of antibiotics in my future. As if that's not enough to deter you, I was not given the full service manicure I paid for and ended up leaving paying over $100 for my mani/pedi with no massage, a bleeding toe, and no apology. I asked several times that she stop cutting my cuticles to no avail. Avoid at all costs. read more

My friend decided to have a impromptu girls day mani and pedi. New York is new to the city so we thought that we would check the place out. When you first walk in it's very clean and organized. The staff was very pleasant and informative. Since it was our first time, the staff took the time to explain the different pedi packages. They even told us about a Spring Break discount! We then moved to the area for pedicures. and My technician was Ms. Vicky. Vicky was very nice she has the hands of angels. They have a great selection of nail colors. What I loved about the place was the smell. It did not smell like chemicals! It was a very pleasant lavender aroma. I want to get my nails done, not smell like acetone. I hate to write bad reviews, but it was obvious the person giving me a pedicure had probably never given someone a pedicure before. I considered leaving mid-pedicure, but I didn't want to be one of those people. My toenails were cut too short, the polish was applied unevenly, and he literally started fanning my nails with his hand afterward because the drying lamp was occupied. Fanning nails with your hand is an easy way to chip them. He was very nice but it was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend. I could have done it myself better, and I'm not even good at nails. read more

This is my go-to nail salon in Gainesville. The shop is beautiful, everyone in there is so kind from reception to the nail techs. It felt like I was in and out of there more quickly than any other salon I've been to and coincidentally my nails lasted longer than ever before. I really liked that the techs didn't talk my ear off. It seemed like they just wanted it to be a relaxing experience as it should be lol. Also, when I went up to pay for my service all of the techs and even the receptionist hyped my nails up which I thought was so cute and endearing. read more

I was in Butler Plaza and decided I needed a pedicure spontaneously. Noire had great reviews, so I called to see if it was a wait. No wait! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I asked for the best pedicure of my life, because amid this pandemic, you never know if you will get another one when you want it! He set me up with a male tech who proceeded to seriously massage my calves with some real love! My feet are ticklish and he could tell, so he was really careful. Polish came out perfect! I have visited 3 times and loved the services from the techs, there was just 1 thing I noticed. I will not share what it was, i do not like dishonesty. Kim was amazing! She was very attentive and asked me if I liked the nail shape as she was going and would keep going back and filing off little imperfections. She made sure the nail polish covered my whole nail which I find an issue with at a lot of nail salons. She understood what I was telling her and did a very very good job. Went here because it looked really nice and clean. People were nice enough though I won't be coming back. The lady doing my nails hacked away at my toenail removing what she must have thought was an ingrown and causing my toe nail to bleed profusely. That same toe became infected. I love this place! I was so happy when they opened. I moved to Gainesville last year and couldn't find a nail spa I loved, but this is it! Easy to make appointments, they will help you choose colors, it's clean, but most of all, my girl Vicky is amazing! Perfect nails every single time - she really cares about the details and will make sure you leave happy. She also does the best pedicure I've ever had. They have a good selection of polish and dip colors. Melissa did my nails and she did a fabulous job, I am pretty sensitive and she was gentle with the file and buffer. But honestly, it's something I feel like people should try at least once. Yeah it hurts, but the result is so nice afterward plus you don't have to do any maintenance down there if you plan on going swimming or to the beach. I've gotten Brazilians at this location and one in Jacksonville and like the efficiency of Brazil's Waxing Center. At this location, Karen was the technician who did mine. She was super funny and personable and was great at distracting me. For pain tolerance reference, I've gotten my underarms waxed for several years and only recently started getting Brazilians. They hurt the most for the first 3 waxes, but as the hair gets thinner they hurt less and less. Honestly, the first time was the most painful and then after it was totally doable! A few tips for first time waxers: do NOT go work out right after your Brazilian or go swimming/do anything that could clog your pores for AT LEAST 24-48 hours after. If you ignore this recommendation from the technician, I almost guarantee you will get ingrown hairs. No one wants that. I actually really like the exfoliate and ingrown hair serum that they sell there, but I don't think the soap is worth the money. Bottom line: just try it!!

As a result of a bad eyebrow experience, it prompted me to grow my eyebrows. Didn't tweeze, wax or thread for almost two years! I had full eyebrows when I had them done with Palvi, she cleaned 'em up, shaped and kept it thick. I also have to mention that my face has a significant asymmetry, but now that my eyebrows are even! My facial asymmetry is less noticeable! I'm emphasizing the full eyebrow thing disclaimer because most people would maybe think over plucked eyebrows would magically look okay... usually the issue is not with the business... it's with the client's high expectations.
