I was here today and the lady that did my nails was OK during the service but she did the nails really badly. I asked for French tips and after we were done, they were really crooked and the nail shape was not good as well. The nail she did look nothing like that inspiration I showed her. And whenever I returned to ask for my money, she refused to give me it. She would only give me less than half of what I paid for because I paid 55 and she offered 10 at first and 20 when she saw that I was angry. They would only give me the full refund if I took off the nails completely which I did and they said that they would take them off, but then after like five minutes of waiting, she just came back and handed me my money rudely and slapped them into my hand and said be gone. She was an older lady with a Bob. My friends nails were good but the lady that did mine was really rude. if I could give this place a zero trust me, I would. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had multiple people work on my nails for some reason, they kept switching off? Absolutely no chain of command or respect towards me. It's like they wanted to get me out fast as possible. They did a shitty job and added all kind of charges for stuff I didn't ask for. I am already paying a ridiculous price for ur shit job and they gave me the nastiest look when I tipped under 20% I wish I could rewind the clock and tip 0 or not have walked in that circus in the first place. I went in with not a lot of expectations, I just was trying to do something for me. So I choose their $30 pedicure. It starts at $25. The area is safe and not sketchy as I read, it's right next to Marshall/home good. However inside, they definitely need an upgrade! Right away picking up the color is giving you the tone, not organized, dirty, OPI but also brands you can find at the dollar store... I ended up picking a pink from O. P. I being already familiar with the quality. When I walked in the boss I'm assuming was sitting on one of the massage chair and talked to me from there. They weren't rude but she wasn't particularly welcoming either. The pedicure itself was good, the nail tech was gentle I have pink on my toe nails and I was able to relax for 40min. One point is that all nails equipment comes from a plastic box, like the same we have at home to keep our things together. Which made me realized that the things weren't sanatize or individual. Which can be VERY dangerous! When she used like a buff for my feet she then put it in the water (where my feet were) and after few minutes removed it. So, again, to me that was their procedure, to rinse. Place doesn't feel cozy, they don't need to look fancy but some upgrade Would be good. The older guy who sits in the back of the shop by the bathroom SHOULDN'T have his license. He just started doing nails May 2020. Which I didn't notice until after he started my nails. He didn't drill my real nails before putting on the false nail. After getting into it with the man AND another nail tech, she attempted to fix what he started. Do Not Go To This Place I was expecting to get a pedicure done. The lady scrub my feet and everything so... I chose a gel polish so... she painted all my toes after 10 minutes doing all my toes she's like(I have to remove the polish because is not staying there) Basically saying that it won't dry because the polish is not good. She did told me to choose another color, but I told her I don't have time for you to do all the process again after me waiting 25 minute At the beginning before they started doing anything. Another thing they did charge me $33 with no polish just the scrub. The wait is a lot I don't recommend this place read more

NEVER AGAIN. To start the wait time is long, and their process takes forever!!! At first it took them about 5 min to acknowledge me when I came in, then sat me down for a pedicure, which they didn't even have the water running for about 5 minutes. Finally after 15 minutes someone started on my pedicure. Looking around I see more nail polish colors separated from the ones I was first told to look at. I asked the worker if we are able to use those colors and she said yes, that they were gel and it could be used on my toes. For a moment we talked about if it's bad to use gel and what not, and she said no. So I asked her if I get gel nails on my toes would it be the same price, which was 30, and she said yes. So then I chose a gel color and we proceeded. Then once she was done with my toes I was sat down on a table and waited about 10 minutes for someone to do my manicure (dip powder- 35$). The girl was very nice, and did a great job, but she did take more than what I'm used to at other places. So while I'm in the salon a women isnt happy with her nails and the owner and the women get into an argument. Then the women walks out without paying, but it was a scene. Once the woman leaves it's my turn to pay and says my total is 85. I asked why it was so expensive? That it was only the 30$ pedicure and 35$ dip. She says that since I got the gel on my toes that's why my total was this much. I explained to her that the worker told me it wasnt extra which is why I decided to do gel for the very first time.. at this point I'm just annoyed because 1- the wait was long, 2- the process was too long, 3- there is a communication conflict, and 4- the owner doesn't know how to handle situations like this, nor from the woman she argued with before I checked out. So I just hand her my card and let her charge it so I can just leave. She says that worker doesn't speak very well and that her prices never change. I let her know that if her worker didnt understand what I was saying she should of gotten a translator so this wouldnt happen, and that it was my first time there so how am I suppose to know if no one can explain it. Best manicure of my life... Seriously. I am no stranger to nail salons; I am a regular and get every service from your general manicure to gel nails and even acrylics from time-to-time. This place is definitely a no frills type of joint, very simple and they aren't going to offer you a glass of wine... it just ins't that type of place. In my experience, these types of "no frill" joints are typically the best at the actual service for which you are paying. If you're looking for a spa like experience to relax with a girl friend, there are better spots than this. However, if you are looking for a truly great service, read on. I went to Q nails yesterday to have some yucky acrylics removed and to just get a simple manicure. I am not exaggerating or forgetting a single trip to the nail salon when I declare this is best manicure I've ever had. I walked in and told Lisa what I needed. She sat me down to start soaking off my gel polish and acrylic nails. She took her time and very delicately removed the acrylic leaving my natural nails in the best possible state. She then shaped each one of my nails to perfection, creating a consistent shape and length in a manner that seemed completely effortless. I was so impressed with the final product and told her I would be back (which I definitely will) for my next gel manicure. If you need flawless nails and fair prices, this is your place! read more

I think everyone else was overly complimentary of this place. While the ladies were polite I constantly had to point out issues with the French manicure they were giving me. They did fix it but it was a bit hasslesome to point out things. Also the board listed $10 for the French but they charged us $15. I understand trying to make more money but don't up charge people because you think they'd be more willing to pay more. I went with my friend who was Vietnamese and at this location, as with many nail salons, they perked up immediately when they found out she was. Fine but I would've liked to receive the warm welcome too. Anyways the woman doing my nails kept doing everything lopsided. I kept telling her to bring the white down on this side because it was thicker there or asking to file down one side more because it wasn't even. She fixed it but could easily read from her face that she wasn't pleased. Also, when we decided on the French they tried to up sell us on the gel. We passed because it takes a long time and half way through our manicure they brought a customer over to tell us how amazon their gel manicures are. -_- I don't care how good they are, if I don't have an extra hour to spare I'm not going to do it. The area here is very sketchy too but it was the most decent one in the relative vicinity. I probably won't be coming back though. read more

I'm only giving two stars because my nexgen nails are decent looking. I came in because I wanted to try this whole nexgen manicure trend. However I definitely didn't receive a manicure. She basically just buffed my nails and put the nexgen powder on. I was happy with the look but hoped she was going to work on my cuticles. I decided to get my chin and lip waxed as well. I am an esthetician so I know proper waxing procedures. This was the worst waxing experience of my life. She used strip wax which was fine. However, double dipping the wax strip is unsanitary and she also waxed the same area twice with the strip wax which is a BIG NO NO. so of course the next day I had little scab marks all over and my face broke out. I'm never coming here again. This was also the most painful wax experience because she didn't hold the skin down when she pulled the strip. They really have to work on their wax service it is definitely not up to tdlr standards. read more

They hardly have any customers, and now I can see why. I should not have gone in! I had a pedicure and nail dips. The older lady doing my dips was rushing and when she was taking off the old dips, she used the electric filer too hard and it penetrated my nail beds. It HURT and she did it twice! Also, she left my left a lot of the hardened powder on my cuticles! The lady doing my pedicure tried to clean them up by clipping them off, but they still look bad. :-( The color was not as I selected. I wanted neutral/natural looking and it turned out purplish. When I was trying to show the owner, she would NOT even look up to check; but the customer she was working on agreed that it had a purple tint. My wife says my feet get to look like ancient reptilian feet every so often. I wear sandals year round. I only come for the pedicure minus the painting of the toe nails. I always feel welcome and they do a good job scraping the dead skin off of my feet. Had the $3O deluxe pedi done I felt like the young girl rushed through it was pretty fast and for my big toes nail polish chipped the next day. Also had my upper lip and chin waxed. The next day I had red burn marks and was sore also my skin started to peel and got all dried out. Now I have to walk around looking like this. All the ladies were super sweet and nice. read more

I came to this place because my nail place was closed. So it was my first time here. All the staff very was friendly & welcoming. One of the ladies told me that if I wanted to just do a regular full set I had to wait because all the other ladies were only able to do dip powder which didn't make any sense to me at that moment it made think they just wanted me to take that option and to pay more for dip obviously, but I was in a hurry so I agreed. So this is where it gets crazy.... the place was starting to get really busy and the lady that was working on my nails was almost done with me , she told me to wait 5 more mins because she had to go over my nails again with a last nail polish. So I said okay and patiently waited. While I was waiting she was starting to work on a lady's pedicure she started clipping her toenails for the meantime... then I saw her turning back to me and hurried to finish me up (which tbh I think she forgot)... anyways she quickly grabbed the nail polish and started to paint over them, guys THIS LADY DIDNT TAKE THE LATEX GLOVES OFF FROM USING IT ON ANOTHER LADIES TOENAILS!!!!! How freaking disgusting!!!!!!! I looked at her and asked her " are you seriously touching my hands with the same latex gloves you used to Clip somebody else's toe nails?!
