Well unfortunately we have a very unpleasant experience. Dr A Huang looked down on us Dont get me wrong the front desk are really warm greet us with warm welcome and very professional. So here is my honest review about dentist A. Huang How he perform checkups are very professional, but after the checkup we want to ask about the invisalign price, he gave an amount, we said we still comparing but he pushes us to do X Rays, we still considering remembering this is a long time investment of time and money. While we are still discussing dr A Huang become unpatient and still rushes us to do the X-Ray. There are 2 sentences that makes me feels really sad coming out from a mount of a doctor 1. "You are planning to take 6000 USD treatment but spending 300 (for X-Ray) is too much for you" 2. "I can feel that my fees are too high, you can find another cheaper dentist if you want"

Not only that, my teeth looks straight in the front but when I bite down it's crooked in the back. This happen to everyone who got their braces done here from my family. Please save yourself the money. My parents paid thousands of dollars here and I got horrible results. Chinese parents love it here because they cannot speak English but truly if you can find another orthodontist please visit them instead. Another commenter said their facial structure also got ruined. I believe them because it happened to me as well. I use to have a v shape face as do my family, now my face is so round and it's so ugly in photos. I had to also stop wearing my retainers because my jaw kept popping and it was getting so bad that I had pain every time I chew food. After stopping the retainers for a year, I can finally eat right but my facial features are forever ruined. Worse than a botched plastic surgery. Gonna have to look for a new orthodontist now to redo my teeth and hopefully help with my facial structure.

My daughter's teeth were protruding two years ago, and now they are perfect. I was extremely impressed, from start to finish with Dr. Lu's skill and professionalism. He has a wonderful chairside manner and took the time to explain everything, so that my daughter and I easily understood everything he was doing. My daughter liked him very much and felt very comfortable in his hands. Dr. Lu's staff is excellent, and keep the office running very effectively and efficiently. Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! Examples include sanitizing pens, equipment, and chairs after every use. I can't recommend this place enough!
