THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!! really, i don't take the time to write reviews often, but this place deserves it. Donna, is so so so friendly and really goes above and beyond. I can tell from my experience that she takes pride in the quality of work she does and really does her best to make sure you are getting great service. They really helped me during such a hard time, with covid taking its toll financially, i can only pay with apple pay (cash app) at the moment and she responded very quickly to my message that she accepts apple pay. Also, with covid taking a financial toll it took a huge mental and emotional toll on my life making my depression so bad, my washer and dryer broke and with all the stress already going on in life that was too much and i sunk into a rut, i let my clothes pile up for 2 months. i wore every piece of clothing i owned until i had none and had to go to a laundry service so i had clean clothes. this place did a wonderful job and really took an enormous burden off of my shoulders. most people struggling with depression know what im talking about. Having a place so kindly, wash dry and fold like 180 lbs of laundry so i didnt have to worry or spend time and especially energy i didnt have was honestly just what i needed. when i gave them the clothes they were completley covered with cat hair and just in bad shape from piling up on my floor for so long. i apologized so much for the amount of clothes and them being so completley covered in cat hair, but i didnt feel like i was being judged at all and thats a big part of why this place is so amazing to me. again, my clothes were COVERED in cat hair :( and donna seemed worried that i would be upset if she couldnt get all of it off. like lint rolling every single piece is crazy to expect of anyone plus i just wanted clean folded clothes i wasnt being picky at all, but i really like how much she wanted to do a perfect job! and honestly when i got my clothes, there really wasnt any cat hair on them at all! i was amazed! and so so thankful. if i was in a better spot financially i would have tipped her extra! i would have loved to have given her a $100 tip because this was the best place and service ever. i havent used laundry services alot, only once or twice over the years. but this one is by far the best, friendliest one. it was more money than i was expecting to pay but it was probably because i had well over 100lbs of clothes. and considering how awesome they were and the wonderful job they did with my clothes it was well worth every penny! They also have cute home made masks available! i bought 3 and i love them, theyre cute and washable and i can breathe in them! I'm surprised no one has reviewed these cleaners yet. So I'm taking a chance by being the first one to come here & then review it. I needed to have a mans shirt dry cleaned & a couple simple alterations on a couple pants. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely by the both ladies working. They were so cute! Made me feel very welcomed. The location of store is very easily visible from the street & there's plenty of parking. Their fees are a little on the high side for the cleaning. The dried cleaned shirt is $4.95 while the bigger dry cleaners a few blocks next door charge $2.95 but they don't do alterations. So I decided to make it a 1 stop deal. The alterations were very fairly priced. What a like about these cleaners is that they use all organic cleaning materials. If you suffer from allergies, this might be a place for you instead of going to a place that uses the chemicals that might bother you. Sometimes it's worth paying a little more so in the end you "pay for it" less. read more

We moved to the area 2 years ago and Q is the third (and last) cleaner we tried. Can't speak for others but we have found them to be a quality cleaner who seem very customer focused. I noticed a recent review labelling them arrogant and rude, I'm sorry to see that, it must have been a very unusual one off circumstance as my personal experiences have always been the exact opposite, having always found them to be pleasant and courteous. Re no sign referencing unbuttoning shirts, that is incorrect, there is a large yellow sign by the cash register asking that shirts be unbuttoned. In any case I am pleased to have found them and plan on supporting this business as long as I am in the area. read more

The female owner is quite rude and arrogant. When taking shirts there she complained she had to unbutton the shirts. There is nothing stated on a wall when you arrive saying shirts must be unbutton first. Also, when picking up shirts she billed additional cost because she stated she had to dry clean because of a stain. Never informing me or asking my consent. There are too many other places to go which appreciate your business and are ethical. Save yourself some aggravation and goes elsewhere. read more

Excellent job on shirts. Collars and sleeves are clean and white shirts are still bright as new, which is unlike most cleaners I have used over the past 30 years.
