So this time we went to just the restaurant and no sauna entry. You have to go from the back of Sauna Q and they make you take off your shoes and wear slippers lol The door looks sketch (see pic) but lo and behold when we opened the door all the tables were PACKED in this little tucked away, unassuming cafe. We literally got seated at the last table available. We ordered the ginseng chicken soup and homemade dumplings (pork). I the chicken soup was outstanding. So refreshing, healthy and I loved the sticky rice in it. Would wish that they add a little more sticky rice. Flavor was on point and didn't even need to add the additional salt that they give you on the side. Homemade dumplings were good but they broke on us and just basically fell apart when we were trying to dip it in the sauce. But it was still very tasty. I probably wouldn't order it again but might buy the bulk frozen dumplings which is $30. I can't remember how many pieces they give you. The true star of the show is the ban Chan. Literally this little tiny unassuming cafe had the best banchan! It's run by a Korean family where the server and hostess is the daughter and her mom is the owner and cook! Everything tastes homemade and literally like grandma's cooking. I especially love the zucchini banchan but everything is amazing. So here's the deal with refills: first refill is free. Then it's $7. But actually the $7 is worth it and we did pay for extra ban chan - it equates to $1/dish. And it's soooo worth it. It's literally the best ban Chan ever. And it was so good that we literally ordered the banchan to go which they so kindly did for us. Anyways, 5 stars all around. I've dined in a lot of Korean restaurants and this one seriously by far the best. SO UNASSUMING! You know it's legit when the bus girl and cook hardly speak English. And also the fact that groups of Korean ppl come in through the back door (for the restaurant, not for sauna) and come just to dine here. It's a hidden gem!!! Also their hot barley tea is not gluten free but it's amazinggggggggg. Would come here again and again to try other stuff!!!

I treated myself to a relaxing birthday at the Korean spa, and after my treatment, I stopped by their cozy in-house Korean Q café--and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the spicy seafood ramen, and it absolutely hit the spot. The broth was rich, spicy, and comforting with just the right level of heat. Generous portions of shrimp, squid, and mussels were nestled among perfectly chewy noodles. It felt nourishing and soul-warming, especially after time in the spa. For my drink, I had a cup of barley-infused hot water, which was calming and earthy--such a nice traditional touch that paired beautifully with the meal. The café itself had a peaceful vibe, in line with the serene atmosphere of the spa. Whether you're just finishing a treatment or looking for a comforting Korean dish, this hidden gem inside the spa is worth a visit. A simple but memorable way to end a birthday of self-care and relaxation.

After a lovely few hours relaxing in Q sauna I was beginning to feel a bit hungry. I decided to take a break and cool down with some food. I was very quickly seated at a table when I entered and handed a menu, and the waitress quickly filled up a mug with tea for me. I looked through the menu, and decided to order the bulgogi and the cinnamon ginger punch. I was immediately given the punch and it was delicious! It was sweet, strong in cinnamon flavor, and really refreshing and cooling. About 10 min later I was served the bulgogi with rice, and 8 sides. Everything tasted great! I ordered the small size which was a good size for me. Definitely a good place to refresh while visiting Q sauna!

Q Cafe has never disspointed me :) Food always good. Service is amazing. The owner always nice & friendly to me. I love the location that can be access from the Q Spa & outside. Here more picture today!

    (1) Entrance very unassuming. Close to sketchy (2) Table service good. Food delivery very slow. (3) Food very tasty.

You want the best you have to look for the best. I literally found this place about 6 or 7 years ago. Ever since then, I'm a huge fan!!! Its behind the Q Spa Sauna. The enterance is the back door of the sauna, but the food here is literally amazing!!! The owner cooks the meal like healthy meal in Korea! Must try place! You will not be dissapointed

This place is so freaking good. From the side items, to the mackerel, to the pork cutlets. Everything is good.

    House salad was yummy.

Had a nice lunch at this small place. It's adjacent to a spa and a lot of their customers go directly from the spa to the restaurant. The food was good. The service was also fine.

We were craving Korean food after a 7 day Alaska cruise. This restaurant is attached to Q Spa & Sauna. We all got different dishes and it was okay. Not the best we've had but understandable. The portion is huge so can def share a dish with two people. We were pretty disappointed with the seafood pancake since it was so salty which we told the waitress and she waived it at the end. The staffs can be friendly but at times a bit standoffish. Seems like a lot of locals eat here too along with the spa guests.

Wow...this place is amazing, not just as a spa restaurant but just by their service and food quality in general! I've been here twice, both times when I go to the spa. The first time, we got ttobokki which was a little too sweet so I would skip that. This time, we ordered the Boiled Pork Belly and Seaweed Soup, which came with rice and banchan (side dishes). Get both dishes!! The pork belly was so succulent with a slight crispy skin and a perfect dipping sauce to go with it. The seaweed soup had such an umami flavor and was so comforting! Their complimentary tea is also delicious, so try it. After our meal, we always get a bingsoo (snowflake sherbet) - strawberry and mango are my favorites! They offer takeout and have a back door for guests who want to dine without using the spa, but you still need to take off your shoes (they provide slippers) while inside the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Ordered beef ramen, beef rib soup, kimchi beef stew, mango bingsu, and stone bowl rice. Good meal with one flaw: everything was a bit too salty. The kimchi side dish was insanely salty. The best dish was the non spicy kalbi soup. Bingsu really hit the spot at the end. Not good enough to visit twice but if you are in their q sauna next door this place is your only option.

We've been here twice, once for cheese rabokki and once for bingsu, and were pretty impressed both times. In terms of bang for your buck, there are some other places that serve more quantity-wise for the same price or less, but the quality here is great and the service has been consistently very nice and sweet :o) It's also super clean because it's connected to the sauna, so folks in the cafe are just sliding around in their socks. The cheese rabokki was really good and unique to other ones we've had. Instead of imsil or mozzarella, it had (we think) a mexican cheese mix with (we think) parsley flakes (and unfortunately no fish cake or green onion or egg). But it was still really tasty! We also really enjoyed their bingsu, which is made from shaved milk whereas most places around here seem to make the shaved ice variety. There was no condensed milk served with it, but it had plentiful rice cakes and almonds and was plenty sweet on its own. The ladies waiting tables and running around have been very kind and patient, always greeting us as we come and go. Even though it's more expensive than other places serving similar food, the service and environment and quality will definitely have us coming back in the future.

It was light and fluffy and full of flavor. It came with a traditional cabbage salad which was very refreshing. The udon curry was right up my wife's alley, and I do like curry but I'm not the biggest udon noodle fan. It still was very full of flavor and delicious. Side note, the dressing or sauce that was in the table was let me say to die for. We put it on everything. If I had it on hand all the time it would probably be a condiment that I used on a very regular basis. The service was top notch and our server was very sweet and patient. We took awhile to look over the whole menu and there are so many things that I would come back for just to try. The only let down was the edamame as it is a staple that we usually order at any restaurant when available. They were very hot and cold and felt like it was a frozen edamame that was nuked in the microwave. The establishment itself was very modern looking with a very clean vibe. We will definitely be back. This is definitely a spot in lynnwood that needs more love from people. Then again, it could be packed all the time, but we were there very early on Mother's Day.

Returning dishes was made fun by a little "trap" door that you slide your empty dishes into. Kids had fun feeding the plates into the chute. The robot that delivers drinks was novel and another point of interest. lol It can get busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but thankfully, the turnover is pretty quick too. The only downside is that it can be somewhat pricey. I believe each plate was around $4.50 or so. It's fine for more "elevated" dishes, but the California was also the same price for example, with only 4 pieces to a plate.. The knife work on the fish is replacement level and leads to bad cuts being served. The rolls that have mayo in it have way more mayo than is palettable. On my fourth and final visit I found a hair sticking out from one of my pieces of nigiri. I ordered a replacement and the next piece of nigiri that came out had something in the flesh that should have never been sent out, so I sent that back too and asked for my check immediately. The service is low-effort even for a revolving sushi place. Also the waiting area being outside only just feels disrespectful and detracts from the atmosphere/experience.

Yet, it's disappointing to say that we've been sourly disappointed the last 2-3 times we came here. Not sure if it's management change or something happened, but Nakagawa lost its magic with us. 1. The service has been terribly slow and just not inviting anymore. After ordering, we waited easily 35-40 min for the food. I know it takes time to meticulously prep rolls, but after 30 min of just sitting and waiting, you can't help but start feeling hangry. And this isn't just a one-time occurrence - this happened multiple times for us. 2. The bento box quality. I LOVE bento boxes - it was such a treat to dine on so many different Japanese options, like a sampler box of goodness. Ranging from nigiri to sushi, from tempura to the soup, bento boxes have a special place in my heart. Yet, I feel like Nakagawa's bento boxes have sadly missed that mark. The protein (chicken teriyaki/katsu) tastes old and oddly mushy, and the portions are quite small, just leaving me wanting more. Don't get me wrong - the fish is still good. Solid place for seafood, paired with a lengthy wait. But Nakagawa just lost its touch with us, and driving that 30-35 min trek is not worth it for us anymore.
