Jack and sons family taxi service just charge me the going fair. They did not try to price gouge me or do anything disreputable simply because canyon does not have a taxi service. He let me out in the middle of a highway . I am pretty sure he was trying to kidnap me because he was giving all the clear signs that he was trying to abduct me. When I went into the app support, they told me they would just remind him of their policy. Um , no! He does not need a slap on wrist , he needs to be fired, and you guys need to look into it. I tried to call a number that was listed as customer support and when I called, I was told that number was only for the drivers yet it was listed as "customer" support. Your driver support number is out there, maybe don't list it on your website as customer support.. very traumatic experience,and very displeased with how the company is handling it. I guess when you almost get kidnapped, the driver just gets a slap on the wrist and told it's OK.
