Made arrangements for a 3:45 am pick-up to airport. Flight was leaving at 5am NO ONE SHOWED NOR CALLED to say they could not pick me up. Called an über and thankfully made our flight -barely. Pretty frustrating when it's that early. I felt panic. Won't be using this company again. read more

I do not like the smell of cigarette smoke, I was going to use JW Taxi since I noticed "No smoking" decal on the back seat window. Then I noticed the same taxi at a stop light, and the driver was smoking away, to bad the light changed before I could get my phone to get a picture. read more
