Classic combo of gyro sandwich & fries very well done.
Robert M.

Definitely going to revisit when I have layovers in Nashville. This was a legit gyro sandwich! Cut off of a real deal "loaf" spinning on a rotisserie. The only blemish is that the business is so brisk that it doesn't develop that neglected crusty patina every few slices. Great flavors, great Tzatziki sauce, great tomatoes & lettuce on a warmed up pita. This brought back some serious college memories. The fries were pretty spot on as well. The only down side is that they are seriously slow. Don't run thru this confusing double line if you are in a hurry. But if you have time for a classic, this is your spot.

The service was friendly and the Philly steak sandwich was made to order. It was tasty and filling. There was nice seating nearby.

For an airport food court spot, it was really good! The staff was so nice. Nice setup, order in one spot, then, enter another line to pick up the food. The line moved fast. The food came out hot and fresh. Was reasonable priced. I got the chopped steak combo, came with fries, that were cooked perfectly and salted even better, and a drink for 20 bucks. I would definitely try other items next time flying through Nashville!

Grilled chicken platter with rice and salad, tzatziki sauce, and pita

We were so happy to find a fresh and healthy and reasonably priced option at the Nashville airport. We were flying home to Florida from Maine and our connecting flight was delayed then rerouted to Nashville. We were tired and hungry. The staff at this airport café could not be nicer. So very friendly. My husband had the Gyro platter and I had the grilled chicken platter and everything was fresh and cooked right in front of us. It was also not outrageously priced as much airport food tends to be. I understand they have another location in Nashville. Highly recommend this restaurant. Everything was delicious and portions were plentiful.

Chicken & Rice Dinner - so good! Even though they forgot our grilled vegetables. My fiancé loved their falafel pita.

Just as good as I remembered it was the first time! I made my husband walk all over the airport until we found it! (Pregnant lady on a mission) and it was so worth it. Our Uber driver said it smells good

The food was okay but I didn't get sauce as I requested. Service was poor and slow and the employees were hard to understand.

Friendliest people in the Nashville airport. They also have great sweet tea and well priced drinks.

Hummus was dense and not as smooth or creamy but that's like complaining about different versions of mashed potatoes. Some like chunky some like smooth, some like skins some don't. Etc. Presentation is outstanding too. Lots of options. But, the chicken was where this fell off. It makes no sense either. They're roasted these whole bad boys of fire and my mouth was watering. Got my chicken pitas and they were mushy with nasty skin and bones all throughout. No sense of being "pulled" chicken whatsoever. Like I said, I ordered 2 of them and both were like dog food texture. It was the weirdest disappointment and then to bite down on bits of bone! Not in the "oh that means it's fresh" way either. Like someone somehow screwed up. Couldn't even eat em. Anyway, pic of the open faced beef because it was insanely good. But they gotta get this chicken thing fixed. I *expect* boneless skinless breast only. Dark meat mix is okay I suppose but not supposed to have skin and bones in there. lol

The restaurant is well established and doesn't rely on frills and gimmicks to attract their clientele. Lots of brown and neutrals dominate the aesthetic - cultural decor and an occasional tv can be spotted along the walls. All the kebabs are well seasoned and full of flavor. The meat is both crispy and juicy. The complimentary pita is served warm and is pillowy soft. Some of my favorite hidden gems on this menu are on the appetizer list. Don't skip over the chefs appetizer with creamy cheese, olives, herbs and ground walnuts! I also love the light but flavorful white bean soup with tomato broth and generous chunks of chicken.

They maintain an impressively enormous menu with just about every style of kabob on the planet! They also serve lamb shanks, gyros, and falafel among other options. The lamb is extraordinarily tender and pretty tasty, although the flavor isn't nearly as good as the best I've eaten in the Middle East. But I have unfairly high standards as a world traveler. The beef dishes are very good too, but again, not the best I've had. The service is fantastic with welcoming employees who make you feel right at home. House of Kabob is a worthy stop if you love Persian cuisine.

I've wanted to eat at Fattoush Café since I moved to Nashville, but I've never found myself in that part of town at meal time. We walked in and found a cozy atmosphere, with no pretense. A single gentleman behind the counter, who may have been the owner, begged our indulgence as none of his employees had shown up to work that day. We were fine to wait given the delicious smells coming from the grill. He asked us if we wanted the chicken shawarma, and then apologized because he was freshly cooking a batch and it would take 15 minutes to be ready. That was music to our ears. Any Mediterranean restaurant that cooks proteins to order shows great promise. We had a chicken Shawarma salad, and the super platter. The portions were tremendous, the proteins were spectacular, and the tzatziki and spicy sauce both tasted looked and smelled homemade. The hummus was some of the best I've had in this town. The total for two huge meals, that really fed us each twice, was a paltry $40. The man behind the counter thanked us for coming in, again thanked us before we left, and was genuinely kind and seemed happy to have us in the restaurant. Very highly recommended for an amazing Middle Eastern meal on Charlotte Pike near downtown Nashville.

Serving food that took time, but was delivered with quality in mind. Not skimping just to get through the rush. 2. Locals were happy to recommend options, and staff/owner made how they like. No one disappointed me, just wish I had a larger appetite. If you like authentic food cooked from the heart, try it out.

This standout Lebanese restaurant was perfect for date night - modern "earth materials" interior (stone, concrete, and wood everywhere), dim/cool lighting, excellent food... and a constant CyberPunk/lo-fi music bringing good vibes! I'l rank what we ordered from best-to-least (tho it was all good): 1. Baklava w/ Orange Blossom Yogurt dessert - as a dip (perfect pairing!) 2. Aromatic Grilled Fish (crispy & meaty!) 3. "Not Not a Margarita" (strong & tangy!) 4. Hummus w/ Minced Sirloin (unusual but awesome pairing!) 5. Lamb Shank (fall-off-the-bone tender... could be a tad crispier?) 6. Epice Old Fashioned (nice, but the marg ROCKED) The service was all-around excellent, can tell they have good teamwork. We started with the spinach fatayer, arnabeet, and the hummus beyrouti. The hummus beyrouti (classic hummus topped with chopped sirloin) was good, but not a standout--I'd probably try something else before ordering it again. The spinach fatayer and arnabeet, though, were great. As two people who don't usually love beets, the arnabeet totally surprised us--you really don't taste much beet, and the cauliflower shines. The spinach fatayer was fluffy with a perfectly seasoned filling. Our mains came with a small side of the Epice salad. It was fine, but probably wouldn't order it on its own. I got the za'atar roasted chicken and it was cooked perfectly--super moist on the inside with deliciously crispy skin. The yogurt sauce it sits on was amazing; I just wish there was more of it. Jonathan ordered the lamb shank, and wow. It was fall-off-the-bone tender and such a hearty, comforting cold-weather dish. Food came out so quickly--we were in and out in about an hour, which was a huge plus. We were too full for dessert, but everything looked incredible and definitely gives us a reason to come back. Shoutout to Steven for great service and spot-on recommendations. Great vibes and amazing food all around.
