I sold them a MacBook Pro months ago, resetting it to factory settings in their presence. They inspected and accepted it as is but failed to check for an MDM profile, which I was unaware of. Despite their supposed expertise, Terenzio falsely accused me of selling a "stolen" device (I've had this device that I purchased for over 5 years) and demanded a $100 refund, claiming I misrepresented the device. His harassing calls and texts, including one on June 12, 2025, calling me a "lowlife" who "peddles stolen computers" and threatening court, were baseless and aggressive. Using a scanned copy of my ID as a threatening tactic over a legally invalid claim is desperate and absurd. He then had the audacity to say, "giving you 72 hours to come down with $100" and then I'll see you in court". Torching a business relationship over a mere $100 with such incompetent, hostile & extortive behavior is beyond foolish. Avoid Evolve Computer for their unethical and clueless practices.

I was wrong. The service part was fine, but the honesty part was missing. Bill recommended a laptop based on the one thing i needed - internet speed. The first laptop I bought would not even boot up; a blue screen flashed and it shut off. Bill exchanged it for another. The second laptop is so slow it reminds me of waiting for AOL to connect by dial-up. When I took it back and explained that I could not stream NETFLIX, or open more than one tab at a time, or that "connection was reset" would happen randomly, Bill informed me that he does not accept returns just because the laptop didn't meet my expectations.

I did some shopping around on the prices and while Elite IT's were slightly higher ($130ish vs. $100) .. I got 1) a 90-day warranty and 2) an entire mold/kit replacement.. not just the glass replacement. About a week later I noticed a small crack in the glass near my home button and my headphone jack had stopped working. I called Elite IT back up and they said "No worries, we'll fix it for you. You're under warranty". Brought it in and they again fixed it same day. Even stayed open a few extra minutes after closing hours so I could pick it up. Xavier was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Would def go back here vs. a mall store or other 3rd party replacement shop.

They promise to return phone calls, but never do. Most recently, I called out of desperation and was told I would hear from someone within a day or so. After ten days, I sent an email off to the owner who told me that they've changed their model and now only do support for people with annual contracts. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me that in the first place. Anyways, it's great to hear of a company whose business is so good, that they don't need any more customers.

I first came across this place when I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking for a repair shop in this area. They were not only cheaper than the other local place, but he took my repair right away and was able to get me in and out quickly! We've all been there...the dreaded moment when your screen breaks is annoying as it is, let alone having to waste time waiting for it to get fixed! Their prices were actually way cheaper than any other places I've been to when I was living out of state. My phone worked perfectly after the repairs as well. While I was waiting, I was asking the guy about computers as my own dinosaur laptop was getting slower and slower, and I was afraid I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new one soon. We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with.
