They have the very best organic produce! The store is fully stocked and the associates treat you like a personal shopper at Nordstrom's. The Manager is highly professional and does her job with ease. I asked if there were anymore Trader Joe's special bags they sell once a year and she said yes. I bought some and a minute later the entire shopping cart that had them in it was gone. They sell fast. Once a year Trader Joe's puts out a small tote bag and everyone rushes to buy them as though they are Birkin bags. I was looking for organic vegetables and Mary showed me how to find them by their labels. She was so sweet and courteous! Then Sheily another crew member took me to the refrigerated organic vegetables and pointed out which ones I was looking for and where they were located at. She was joking and making me laugh. I was looking for organic garlic and Charlie asked if I needed help. He looked until he found me some and he was so nice. The people who work at Trader Joe's genuinely love their jobs! That says a lot about this company. They must treat their employees with respect and care. Alex helped direct me to find some chips and she was such a happy person. It was nice! Jordan he was so cool! I was looking for pomegranate juice and he took me right to the place to find it. He cracked jokes and his smile lit up the place. Frank was our last encounter and he checked us out. He was the sweetest of all. He really cares about his customers health as well as them being pleased with shopping at his store. This store was clean as well as their bathroom. The nice thing is they are fully staffed! This is my favorite Traders. Check them out. Also Trader Joe's offer little shopping carts for your children to shop with. Which comes in handy when your cart over flowers. lol love the crew members, manager and store! Their tote bags came in blue, pink, green and light brown

The store was busy on a Saturday morning, which I was OK standing in line, waiting patiently and to check out we're still waiting for a 2nd checker, I go to finish paying for my transaction and asked for cashback $200. I step aside and let the cashier Ray continue to help customers cause we're still waiting for the 2nd cashier. Ray asked for a loan request 2 times and on the second time they call back down he explains the customer is waiting for the $200 now I've been waiting 8 minutes at this point and now it's 10 minutes or more the store Carl Lisacoumb comes down with some young girl like a puppy dog follow behind him. Ray is checking out customers too. Carl says, WHAT TO DO YOU WANT! I say I've been standing here for over 10 minutes and I would like my $200 and that was unprofessional. You would think he would've come down knowing that the customer was waiting for the money? Apparently Not instead WHAT DO YOU WANT! needless to say the girl comes back eventually with the $200 only took 20 minutes never counted! I stood there talking to Laura from bakery Excellent department and the girl I said how unprofessional this was, and I was expecting Carl to come back and not her with the money and the girl says if you think so. Like she thinks it's ok to speak to employees and customers! I said to Laura Let me count it to confirm I do have the $200 shortly afterwards Ray is trying to give me $200 more because the l girl didn't tell the cashier Ray that I received my money I told Ray I have the $200 and he said he was never told that I received $200 I moved back in 2015 and this store and staff Arcelia, Linda, Sherry, Teresa, Ray, Laura, Roni, Chris all of the employees are Excellent exceptional 100% Excellent!

I prefer to shop for my groceries in the store. I didn't know if it was just a bad time of the hour or just that night. I'm a usual that has a routine to my step. And I don't like dancing with partner's that have two left feet and can't keep up rhythm with me where everything should flow like a breeze in the wind and like melted butter on toast. I like to walk into a store within the last two hour's expecting to be in and out like Flynn. I gathered everything that I possibly wanted for groceries and took interest on a few gamers memorabilia clothing with the prices marked down. One now these day's can't beat $5.00 to $10.00 dollars being reasonably the price. A Cashier who reminded of myself when I sang and danced to the same tune 12 or 13 year's ago was at her very best at the time of the night. I remembered those long evenings of Closing that came about, but one still tries to put there best foot forward that being the Cashier even when tired. She was polite and asked me all the right questions but almost forgot to ring me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing that I let her know was going to be a separate purchase before hand. When I reminded her, she had just said, "Oh, and rang me up for those items. I was not frustrated with her but the customer prior to me that started a 10 to 15 minute conversation with her over an easy Yes or No question that broke her rhythm just before helping me. After ringing me up for the gamers memorabilia clothing, I took notice that she didn't remove any of the ESA security tags off of the clothing. So, I figured that someone was going to be at the door to check my receipt and remove the ESA security tags off of my clothing. I'm walking towards the exit with my cart of groceries and the gamers memorabilia clothing. And there is this young woman probably a few year's younger than me super obliviously on her cell phone. She's literally holding the cell phone in her face and was fascinated with it. I stopped past her and held up the two receipts for her to look at and she didn't look my way still so preoccupied by her cell phone. She did acknowledge that I was right next her and just said, "I greatly appreciate that... " I could have showed her a blank piece of paper or any kind of receipt and just walked out having robbed the store. I was frustrated with her customer service and had realized still that I had the ESA security tags still on my clothing and had already walked to my vehicle. Putting my best foot forward, I took a deep breath and walked back into the store with all of my purchases. When I came back entering the entrance, the same door greeter was now chit chatting with two of the guards and another associate. I walked up to her specifically and asked if I could have the ESA security tags removed off these pieces of clothing that I purchased. She didn't check my receipt and tell's me, " Oh, I'm so sorry about that. We don't carry the security tag removers up here. The registers only have them. You're going to have to get in line again to have them removed." When she told me that and didn't even offer to escort me so I wouldn't have to wait in line again. I was frustrated because it seemed like what ever she was doing on her cell phone and talking to other associates seemed to be more important than her paycheck for the unsatisfactory customer service that I received. I don't remember his name but I know that he was fully decorated like I would be back in my year's as a Cashier wearing a little red, white, and blue showing his patriotism. This Cashier seemed very approachable and I waited patiently till he had an open window to acknowledge me. He was taking care of another customer. I asked him politely if he could remove the ESA security tags off of the clothing that I had already purchased and was now sitting stale along with my groceries because of the laid back customer service. I told him that I asked the young woman at the door for assistance, but she relayed back to me that I had to go to a Cashier. He saw my frustration and didn't hesitate to remove the ESA security tags off of my clothes. He told me, "Try to have a good rest of your night. Okay," in a soft southern accent voice. It made me feel a little better because he actually cared.

And all of them were African American so I don't know who's in charge but that it not okay and I hope corporate management sees this and approaches this situation asap ...no wonder they have 2 stars ??? Customer service is awful they need to put someone with more experience back there or management needs to step up and fix these internal issues

Upon entering, the place greets you with the displays of deals that are neatly stacked and priced. Inside is airy and the aisles are clean, and shelves are well stocked. I went straight to the produce section, got what I needed. And walked the aisle to see what else I can find. I saw the chips aisle and they were on sale with some exceptions with brands and the like; 4 for $10. What a bargain!!! I got 2 Lays and SunChips in different flavors. And No line at the register. Yay.. It was a good shopping experience.

Dishonesty - Food 4 Less (Palmdale)…read more I placed an order for 50 pieces of fried chicken on Friday via telephone for pickup on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. When I arrived, I was told that no order had been prepared. Just as I was being told this, an employee walked into the deli and asked us to wait 30 minutes. When I asked why the order wasn't ready, she said she had gone on her lunch break and "forgot to tell" someone to prepare it. I had guests waiting at home, so I told her I'd return later. When I came back about 40 minutes later, my order was finally ready. I asked if they could offer a discount for the inconvenience, but the employee told me, "If you had paid before, I would have given you a discount. I don't normally take phone orders." That was never mentioned when I placed the order. Had I been told, I would have gladly paid ahead of time. She said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak to a manager. She stepped away, made a call, and returned saying she could offer me eight pieces off (which she claimed equaled about $28). I accepted--however, when I checked my receipt, the total was exactly the same as before. At that point, I didn't argue because I had guests waiting, but it was clear I had been misled. I've shopped at this location before and previously had good service, which is why I chose to order from them again. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. I won't be returning, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
