They shuttered most of the locations in the region and only have one now in Richmond which moved from the VanCity building to a new one on Cook and No. 3 Road. Also, their online currency trading system is very sketchy. Few financial institutions allow to use them unlike VBCE and others. If you're lucky enough to get cash on-hand, they do offer some of the best rates but that's not enough reason to use them (again).

A middle-aged woman who served me suddenly left and served with another client for money exchange. I waited for her about 10 minutes....I told her you should let me finish my case first then next. but she said "I shouldn't come here anymore because I didn't like the way she did." The spot rate is 1.3, so really close. The airport one ICE wants to charge $1.35 right now and has $40 minimum. My hotel is probably 1.4 - their buy rate was 1.2 so I assume sell is equally high. The lady who helped me was friendly and inside was clean and air conditioned (a surprisingly rare thing here). Please note that the location on Yelp is wrong.
