Beautiful work installing oak flooring in my dining room. They showed up on time. They worked around my schedule.

Well I wish I could be a raving fan like the others that have posted positive reviews. I saw their company trailer in my neighborhood and was excited when I found them on Yelp and read all the positive reviews. I called them and left a voicemail message requesting a phone call back and I also went to their website and filled out their questionnaire. I did not get a call back, but I received an email explaining that they could install laminate flooring, but it was not their specialty. Their website clearly states that the offer installation for wood and laminate. When I filled out their questionnaire, I clearly noted that I was interested in both options. The email response I received also explained they were booked until August and they apologized for not being able to take on my project. There was no questions asked about our time line, project details, budget, nothing! Business must be really good if a company can simply turn business away without any questions asked. A gentleman by the name of Cash responded via email explaining that the form I filled out only came through with laminate and not wood as a selected option. He also explained that he didn't want be a disservice to us. The most professional manner would've have been to ask questions about our project before just turning us away. He would've found out that we didn't need this job started until after summer. I am completely disappointed with how this company went about this. You would think they would've offer to call me to explain, especially after I expressed my frustrations. They're proud to say they have 5 generations of craftsmanship. I only wish they were equally experienced with their customer service. I truly wish we would've had the opportunity to work together. read more

I have had Pyle Legacy Floors do two small jobs for us, repair and refinish a wood floor in a rental, and refinish the floors in our current home. I was very happy with the result. When we decided to replace the carpet in two other rooms, we considered installing engineered flooring ourselves, but after talking with Cash Pyle we saw that we would be better off letting him install real wood flooring. Cash Pyle and his crew of craftsmen did an outstanding job of sanding and refinishing an oak T&G plank floor in the office of my home as well as a total replacement of a water damaged oak T&G plank floor in the master bedroom. The work was practically dustless due to the high tech equipment used in the process. In addition, Cash worked with me to help reduce costs, outlining the prep work necessary that I as a home owner could do. The entire process took a little less than three days and I was able to move back into the rooms as quickly as the finish set, another three days. The water based urethane finish was odorless, a benefit that my wife, especially, appreciated. I was so pleased that I again selected Cash and his crew to remove the damaged tile floor in my kitchen and replace it with new vinyl planking. The total replacement time both for tear out and install took only a day and a half and the new floor is practically maintenance free. In addition to doing excellent work, his crew was very courteous and took care to keep their work area and all of the house as clean as possible during the remodel. I can't say enough about Cash Pyle and his company, Pyle Legacy Floors. It started with the prompt return call about fixing my newly installed floor that had just been installed. The finishing work on the floor was really bad and I was looking for a skilled professional. We set up a time for him to see what I had and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He was so pleasant and professional that we trusted him right away. He determined what was causing the problems and set up an appointment to come and work on it. His crew was very skilled and professional yet the nicest guys we had ever met. It was repaired in no time and the work is impeccable. Throughout the process Cash and his crew kept in constant contact with me regarding schedule and issues as they came up. They arrived promptly and left the workspace clean when they left for the day. This is so refreshing that I had to let everyone know. These days you never get any construction types show up on time, do what they say and leave a clean workspace. I received an estimate at my home from Mr. Pyle to refinish my wood flooring. I emailed follow up questions to decide which company to use. Later, when I was finally ready to proceed, I emailed and called Mr. Pyle repeatedly with no response. When I finally reached him by phone, he said that he was very busy and since he was driving, and may not be available for about 3 mos. so, I asked him to get back to me about the date of availability and we could proceed from there. After about 2-3 more weeks, I again emailed and asked him if he was still interested in the job and to let me know either way. He finally emailed me back and said that he was not interested. I just wish he would have returned my earlier emails and calls and been honest with me at that time so that I could have avoided wasting time. read more

It's hard to beat these guys. We have a large home, and we've had floors redone throughout. Our usual contractor wasn't able to meet our schedule so I thought I would try someone new. We originally had Cash come in to repair our wood floor but found out it was just a thin vaneer which could not be repaired. He gave us mutiple options and listened patiently to our questions. He installed a natural finish white oak multiple width boards flooring which is beautiful! Him and his helpers were very friendly but professional and diligent in getting the work done in a timely manner making sure we were happy at every step. We were so impressed with the quality of the work and professional manner it was done we are hiring them back to do our hallway and possibly our den. We asked his opinion on different options but he always made sure that our preferences were top priority. Cash really knows his craft and his work proves it. Cash Pyle did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors which were originally installed in our 1942 home and promptly covered with carpeting for nearly 75 years. There was significant damage to the floors, especially from pet stains from when our dog was a puppy, and near the doors where moisture creeped in, and they look absolutely beautiful now! Not only was he knowledgeable and gave us a great in-home consultation, I was very much put at ease by his friendly, down to earth, no-nonsense demeanor, so much so that we handed him the keys to our home and left on vacation while he did the floors. It was great to have the guy doing the estimate be the one who owns the company and who does the work...not the case with Raphael, I learned, who sent a consultant out to measure who could not answer my questions. When we came home from vacation, I nearly cried, the floors were so beautiful. And the level dust was so low, any dusting I needed to do was easily managed. If you are considering installing or refinishing hardwood floors, I strongly recommend Pyle Legacy Floors. Cash Pyle and his crew did an amazing job on our hardwood floors. Our home was built in the 1930's. Owners before us, had refinished the hardwood floors in the entry and part of the dining area, and carpeted the rest of the house, over the existing hardwood floors. We decided to refinish the exposed hardwood floors and pull up carpeting in the dining area to refinish that existing floor. When we pulled up the carpeting we discovered that parts of the floor were no longer hardwood, but plywood; so Cash and crew laced in hardwood flooring in those areas and refinished. They did an outstanding job. Our floors look gorgeous. We were very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work and the pride they took in this project. We are so pleased that we are having them do additional work for us after the first of the year. read more
