Brand new Ace Hardware store. The place is clean and New!…read moreThe Employees are very helpful and friendly. I had my keys made and the man did a fast and wonderful job. I was going to get the chain saw blade sharpened but the machine wasn't in yet (the man was going to take it to the other store for me but I decided to wait until they get the machine in next week) My only complaint was that they do not fix lawnmowers or certain tools in store- you have to go to another location.

Been a customer for many many years. We've had great experiences and when there's been issues,…read morehistorically the company has been quick to address them. But something changed recently and the experience is not quite up to par. After getting our house, windows, and roof washed, we found our plants began showing signs of distress. Within 1-2 days, leaves started falling off and the plant began to shrivel. We brought this to Premier Property Services attention and they dismissed our concerns. They insisted their crew followed protocol and rinsed multiple times. And they said that plant damage from the cleansing agent would happen immediately (same day), to which we responded even RoundUp takes days to work. Totally understand collateral damage can happen, but the lack of ownership and immediate deflection was off putting. The house is sparkling and the crew did a great job cleaning, however, if you've invested a lot in your garden, beware. You may end up spending hundreds more replacing the plants they didn't protect.

We needed window treatments for all the windows of a new house and I really had no idea where to…read morestart. Patrick was very knowledgeable about all the options. He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions about shutters, blinds, and shades. He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. We ended up choosing shades for all windows, except a master bath window where we decided on a shutter. Patrick helped us with fabric and color choice. Communication about when the products would arrive was great. During installation Patrick pointed out a few shades that weren't working correctly so he put up temporary paper shades on those windows and ordered replacements right away. Patrick was professional, friendly, and had lots of suggestions about restaurants and activities in the triangle area. We are very happy with the window treatments that Patrick helped us choose and I highly recommend Ewald Interiors of the Triangle.

However, The range staff (RSO's) are beyond irritating. Judgmental, Gossiping overgrown toddlers. Some of us actually train and OWN high end gear, without being in a position of law enforcement or similar. Also, $140 to prove and earn one's ability to draw from the holster? Laughable.
