I took a Concealed Carry Class many years ago from a different facility/instructor. I haven't been shooting for quite a while, so I decided to take the class again as a refresher. Thankfully, I chose Pistol Safety Academy. The thing I remember most about the first class I took in 2000, was how incredibly difficult it was to stay awake during the classroom portion. I couldn't imagine how the instructor could have made it any more of a snoozer! I was really dreading sitting through that part yet again. But I was pleasantly surprised at how Ed made the classroom portion informative but definitely NOT boring! His classroom portion was interesting, entertaining, and interactive. Not only did I re-learn things I had forgotten, but I also learned important facts that I was never even taught at the other facility! Once you're on the firing range, safety takes top priority. Before any shots are fired, Ed works with each participant to answer any and all questions. His goal is to ensure that everyone understands what they will be doing once he begins giving commands, and that they are comfortable with their weapon. I really can't say enough good things about Ed, from his great personality to his knowledge of guns and gun laws. If you are planning to take any of the classes that Pistol Safety Academy offers, do yourself a favor and call Ed first.
