Janet at the office was super nice. She took my phone call and was able to look up my service from 6 years ago and informed me on how to proceed. When the team came out to give me the estimate, they emailed it over right away since I wasn't home at the time. When we scheduled the work, the team was able to come out the very next day to get started. The weather was brutal but the team worked from 8 am until almost 8 pm the first day to try to get the work done. The heat was relentless and I appreciated their hard work. I realized after they got started that due to a change in my schedule, my husband would need access to the garage to get to his car to pick our son up from school. I spoke with one of the roofers and he was very patient and assured me he would take care of moving the two pallets out of the driveway before he left. So very nice! The next day, I had scheduled a furniture delivery and the guys were very accommodating to the furniture team, moving things out of the way so they could deliver. I appreciated that because I thought I had scheduled them far apart...but that heat was awful. Lastly, they cleaned up everything and everything back in it's place. The roof looks great! When I stopped by to drop off payment, everyone in the office was so nice! It felt like I was walking into a family member's house instead of a business. This company has been honest, fair, and accommodating. They do great work!

Prior to his visit to my house, he kept me informed on his arrival time. He arrived on time and immediately began the inspection. He first took pictures of the house and roof from ground level. Then he got on the roof and inspected it. He was very thorough and found a couple of small things to be done. He caulked around several vent areas and some bare nails He did find on my back gutter found where it had become separated from the siding. He fixed that also. He took his time and finished the inspection and repairs in less than 45 minutes. Afterwards, provided me his appraisal.
