Cannot say enough good things about Fernandes Painting…read more We have a small condo which needed painting on all the walls and trim. Not only did they do an amazing job, they did it in a short timeframe and without impacting our living situation at all. Carlos was great, very detail-oriented, happy to touch up places that we called out, explaining what could be done and what to expect in the future ... overall his attentiveness to our needs was second-to-none. The whole experience was painless and very positive ... if we need more paintwork done in the future, we won't even consider another place. The one thing I'll call out is that they do not accept credit cards (yet). Carlos mentioned that was in the works for 2018, but for now they only accept cash or checks, so bear that in mind.

Carlos and his team of painters painted both the exterior and interior of my home in Wilmington…read more The price quoted was competitive with others I received, and he was able to schedule it within a reasonable time frame. He took video and photos to document his work and also repaired some exterior trim and interior drywall damage. He also alerted me to where I was in need of new gutters, based on wear of existing painted clapboard siding. Additionally, he was able to clean mold in the bathroom and tune up the bathroom ceiling fan prior to painting. His team also repaired some exterior carpenter ant damage, and I was able to get pest control services in the spot needed thanks to his videos. I recommend Fernandes Painting not just for their excellent painting and attention to details, but also for helping to ensure the longevity of their work and improve general home maintenance based on their observations while painting.

He estimated 3 days for the project and that's exactly what he delivered. He was on sight with his team throughout. If you need pro painting services, give Gerry a call!

My wife and I decided to have our house painted this summer. When we started, the old paint peeling…read moreand flaking off the old wooden shingle siding, and the trim paint was cracked and rough looking. We initially decided to go with another outfit (who will remain namless...) who ended up cancelling on us the day before they were scheduled to start the work. With the difficulty of finding contractors after the pandemic, we thought we were in real trouble. Then we found Mendez painters and we were saved! Within a day of calling, Florentino came out to inspect the site and emailed us a quote which was shockingly affordable and included all of the details we wanted to see. So, we put down a deposit and they fit us into their (very busy) summer schedule. Florentino and his crew did amazing work on what turned out to be a huge job. They scraped all of the old flaking paint off, getting down to bare wood in many parts. After power washing, they followed up by using a (very high quality) oil-based primer over the entire house which they then sanded smooth and filled in all of the holes/cracks in our siding. Due to the rain, it took a little longer than expected to get the work done, but they made up for lost time by bringing a HUGE, highly experienced crew. They used Sherwin Williams Duration paint on both the siding as well as the trim. Florentino and his crew really went the extra mile, even filling in some large holes in our siding and re-attaching some worn trim at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repaint their home.

There were holes in the cedar siding from rusted nails, and each of them (and there were many) was filled perfectly. Amazing! The painters and carpenters are meticulous, and I mean METICULOUS.! They are, bar none, the best painters available! I cannot recommend them highly enough. My house looks beautiful! The owner, Florentin, is honest and works diligently, and was quick to answer all of my calls. This was important to me.+ Thank you, Florentin, and all your painters and carpenters! I am totally impressed!

The crew was thorough at all stages of the project, including prep and clean-up. Every paintable surface looks like new: they cut no corners, covering siding, doors, windows, decking, rails, gutters -- even finding black paint to touch up the mailbox and door hardware, all without us needing to ask. Good communication throughout; RB visited the site several times to make sure things were on track, and connected us with a carpenter for siding and window frame repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I live in Wellesley, and am a fairly frequent runner. As I run through the neighborhoods, I've…read moreseen the Harmony signs and Marco's van all over. And when I take a minute to notice the work, it's outstanding. I always made a mental note that if we ever needed painting, I'd reach out to Harmony. We had our house renovated about 10 yrs ago and the painters obviously took some shortcuts, so we had tons of peeling, etc. on our exterior trim, and the house was looking kind of haggard. We began gathering estimates, and included Harmony. Marco was quick to personally reply and gave us a very competitive quote, but his insistence that he would absolutely do the best job, guaranteed, really came across as genuine. We checked a few references, and he got glowing reviews. Fast forward, we hired him and they did an outstanding job. Unlike other owners, Marco was at the job every day, continuously circling the house, looking at tiny little details (that I would have missed) and being very critical about getting it just right. He went out of his way and epoxied areas where the wood was splitting or rotting. He nailed lots of things - trim, shingles, etc. - to get it just right. None of this was included, but he did it anyway because he's one of those people that is truly bothered if his work isn't just right. He would bring me out, and point out things that he had not yet gotten to, and explain exactly what he was going to do. And then he would do it. I saw him with a hair dryer up on a ladder drying epoxy that he had used to fill in a tiny little hole that I would have never, ever noticed, but that he said "just bothered" him. When you live in a town like Wellesley, many companies love to take advantage, and jack up prices and do a crappy job, assuming that "Wellesley people" can afford it, and are just too busy to really check out the work. That keeps homeowners on edge when hiring companies. But Marco immediately allowed me to relax, because he just owned doing the job perfectly, outright. Period. I would 100% recommend Marco and Harmony for any painting needs.

I appreciated that he spent so much time on site making sure everything was completed to his high standards. He used high quality materials to make sure the house was smooth and well-sealed before painting. He was very careful with my garden, including hanging a special tarp to keep paint (and feet) off a particularly delicate area. He also took care of a couple areas on the house where previous work done by others was not as water-tight as it should have been. Since he is an artist and designer, I was also able to ask his opinion about which colors would look good where. Neighbors have said "I love it," "it looks beautiful," and "it looks like a whole new house." Thank you, Marco!

We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.
