Marco is really as good as it gets! We hired Marco to paint our living room, which is a the largest room in our home with lots of old wood work/trim, French doors and intricate built-ins. Due to how brutal this winter was we had a lot of cracking and imperfections in our woodwork and he did a fantastic job prepping and repairing the wood/walls before painting. The end result was truly gorgeous and made it feel like a brand new room!! His attention to detail and level of effort went above and beyond our expectations! Not only is he kind and easy to have around, he is one of the hardest workers I have ever had do work for us. He always shows up on time, he keeps his area so tidy and does an incredibly thorough job cleaning up at the end of the job (he left our living room floors in better condition then they started). Marco is not only a meticulous painter (the edging along all woodwork was flawless) but he is also a designer by trade and offered to work with me during our initial consultation to pick a color that would work for our space and gave many helpful tips on how to best choose a color that I can use for later projects. Marco is great about explaining his quote, the products he uses and the methods he executes, he believes it is important for his consumers to be knowledgeable about why he did things the way he did, and that upfront and honest perspective is so refreshing! He also takes such pride in his work and really puts all his energy into his work product! Since we moved in six years ago, I had been dreading the expense and inconvenience of having our house exterior painted. A friend who had worked with him recommended Marco, and the process was much easier and more reasonably priced than I had thought possible. Marco is a meticulous workman and dear person with an artist's eye for color. He cares about doing a job that will last and is happy to explain what products he is using and why. Our little old Cape (built in 1945) was not easy for him to prep because it was not in top-notch condition, but he fixed many problems at no extra charge. Quite a few neighbors spontaneously remarked not only how lovely the house looked once finished, but also how diligently Marco prepped. After the outside was finished, Marco painted one interior room for us--the room that was in the worst shape, with a ceiling cracked from ice dam leaks and peeling old windows.
