His quote was incredibly competitive compared to others we recieved for the same work, and he was ready to start within a few days. He estimated 2 days for the project, and got it done in 1! One thing we did not want was to have the typical vinyl sided house with white trip. EVERY vinyl sided house has white trim. BORING!! We wanted to keep the same basic color scheme so I began the chore of finding the proper contractor to do the job. I called several companies. Often you can tell by the presentation of the first meeting if they are going to do good work. This was the case with Quinn's Construction. The first contractor was like a used car salesman and was clearly over its head. While being the lowest quote, it was clear the work would be subpar. The second contractor was much better but lost out since they could not find the proper materials to do the job to my satisfaction. Quinn's Construction took ample time to listen to my wants and provided several options to accomplish the goal. They were the highest price but it was clear that you get what you pay for. The crew was professional and prompt. The work was done over the end of winter. We provided our garage to the work force to make life best for all. Some minor issues had to be dealt with but we came to a fair agreement and the work was done as desired. The attention to detail was great. From the trim around the roof line to the address number box and the doorbells, this was done properly. The bay window required some additional work but it was done well. Came home from work and saw it wasn't opened. Never heard from them and so I called the next day to see what was up. Was told by the rude and arrogant person who answered (possibly the owner not sure) they were gonna pass on opening it up because they couldn't access the pump easily enough and there were leaves on top of cover. Mind you I waited about 3 weeks for this appointment because they said they were busy. I normally open each year myself with no issues and yah I drain the water off the top which I had already done for them, and remove the leaves and hook things up without an issue. I am very disappointed in them. I bought the pool from them 5 years ago and had them install it with no issue a d they did a great job so I'm not sure what's going on with them but I would highly NOT recommend them. I already opened it myself and it was up and running within a couple hours.

When I called back, they told me that there was "vegetation" so that's why they didn't install it (but we could have cleared anything there!) I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.
