We played Pipeworks. I think it was my wife's 25th game and my 45th, but I need to consult my chart, nevertheless it was awesome. There is something about a really good game that makes your entire day better. Our host, Gina, went above and beyond making our experience perfect. She not only helped make the game enjoyable for our kids, but she gave hints that didn't immediately give the answer away, they were true hints. Her enthusiastic attitude set her apart from so many game masters we have dealt with and totally rubbed off on us. Pipe works was a great game for beginners and experts alike and the rooms location is safe, easy to find and has plenty of free parking. Check this place out, it's one of the great ones. read more

Wow!! What a fun activity. Something new to the valley. My boyfriend and I did our first escape room ever here. We did the crimson tide and we were grouped with two other couples. Working with strangers was a great experience. It just shows that when you are trapped in a room with strangers, everyone takes their place and works together to escape. It was amazing that we were all able to work as a community and not just have one leader and the rest be followers. We all played an important role in our escape. Wonderful experience! Games are really well thought out and the service is superb. Did the Pipeworks room and the detail is great and the puzzles flow really well. If you are looking to do an escape room in Fresno I would suggest this over the others... their set design and execution is flawless. Happy escaping! A group of three of us did Crimson Storm and were paired with two others. We were nervous about working with strangers but it was actually a total blast! Our new friends were super nice, totally nerdy, and we all worked really well together. The staff made it easy to introduce ourselves to them as well, which was helpful. The room itself is GORGEOUS. The sound design was possibly my favorite part of the actual set. The mechanics were great too and so far it has my favorite clue/lock type (i've only done 3 but I'm hooked now!) We got out with 17 minutes to spare and we were very proud of ourselves for that! read more

Best escape rooms in town! Everything is well put together and flows well. The rooms are very immersive and all their props are great. I would recommend doing pipe works, Knight and rook, and crimson storm (in this order). They also offer a room called cash out. It was my least favorite because I felt there wasn't enough time to complete the puzzles. The puzzles were still good. There was just a few too many. The room was still decorated well and the theme was awesome and creative! read more

Had the most amazing time here, while on a day date adventure with my husband. We checked in and was greeted by a very sweet, personable staff member. She walked us through the rules, and the objective of the game. We chose the "cash out" room". You get one hour to find a series of clues that lead you to your final clue that wins you the game. An hour is set on a tv timer and random clues pop up for you when you are struggling. The game gets complicated, but that seems to help build the fun and excitement. In the end we technically lost with one clue to go before the final unveiling of our diamond, but the staff member came into our room and patiently waiting for us to finish the game, giving subtle hints as needed. In the end even though we lost, we still had a great time. We bought two shirts and vowed to come back with a bigger group to try some of the other rooms. Can't wait until the Visalia Escape Room opens up :) read more

We came for my bachelorette party and did the Pipeworks room. Out of the six of us only one had done an escape room before at another facility. The experience was super fun. They tell you before you go in that there won't be anything telling you where to start, but if you are stuck for quite some time there is a tv where the timer normally is where they will give you hints. I've been to this place twice. 1- We won a preview of their Crimson storm room, which I have done in a different location, but not everyone is my group had and they didn't know, so I kept it hush hush. It was slightly different than their other location, so that was interesting. The room is top notch. 2- My bestie and I went and played their pipe works room which can be played as one team or two. We decided to play against each other. It was very well put together. The game designer for this place knows what he's doing and it shows. As for the employees, they are friendly, MUCH friendlier than their Bakersfield location. They were scatterbrained and unorganized, but that's probably because we went the week before they were open and then again the first week they were open. I will update my review on the staff when we go back. I'm sure they will have figured out a flow. read more

We enjoyed it so much, we nabbed an opening for a different Room right after we finished and did it again! Really fun. Pipeworks. This was my first escape room. We had a large group of 9 and didn't know we would be split into two groups into separate rooms so one group had more fun than the other especially since everyone expected to be working together. The other group struggled and got more frustrated when they couldn't keep up. The separation into groups should be in the description on the website. 4-6 people seems to be what would be the most fun for next time. Absolutely amazing... you will not regret coming whether you beat the clock or not! My husband and I have always wanted to go to an escape room and when we saw the price... well it was a no-brainer. We completed the Knight & Rook room with 1:55 seconds left which was intense being down to wire like that. Very fun escape room. As our groups first time, we were worried about failing. Lacey was awesome, very hospitable and made us feel comfortable. When the door closed, we went right at it. We did need a few hints but they really are attentive and gave us the perfect hints without spelling it out for us. They got us on the right track but it never felt like they were holding our hands through it. It was exact what we needed and we managed to beat the "Knight and Rook" escape room with 12 minutes to spare. We will be back! This escape room was a wonderful experience! This was my sixth escape room, and was definitely one of our favorites. We're from L.A. and have been hoping they would start coming to Fresno so we could do them with family when we come to visit, so we were really excited to find this place. This room held it's own with all of the rooms we've seen in L.A. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and were very responsive to emails and phone calls. They helped make the experience a lot of fun. If you're thinking of doing an escape room, come here! You'll have a great time! We came with our family and had the advanced players do Crimson Tide, and the newbies do Pipe Works. This was a great Escape Room for beginners, because the attendants were very helpful and let us choose the clue structure and how strict they were about helping us throughout the game. The advanced team decided to not have a clue unless we asked (we asked for help twice in the game), and the newbies decided to get help without asking if they were really going off track. It was nice to have that option and we hadn't seen that in a room before. Both of our teams completed the room. Crimson Tide and Pipeworks were nicely themed with good sound effects and decor, and for production value I'd give it a solid B in comparison to the other rooms we've seen. Crimson Tide was pretty straight forward, with a clear path from beginning to end. Both rooms started with a fun little twist that everyone enjoyed. There was a nice variety of puzzles and with seven of us in the room, everyone was busy and helping. We were worried about having so many of us in the room, but it was totally fine. We stayed after and talked about the room for a while with our family, everyone had a great time and we can't wait to come back! So excited for their Harry Potter room! read more

A fun and different themed company. Me and a couple of friends came to try their escape rooms just to see how it is. We tried the "Knight & Rook" room. The puzzles were thought out well with nearly everything in the room used for something for it. Interior of the place was extremely done well for this room. Back story made us feel more inclined to finish I suppose. Challenge of room? 4.5 out of 10 Pros: -Well lit room. Nicely decorated with the lore. -Puzzles were easy to solve. Not a challenge. We had an absolute blast. we did a triple date in the pirate themed room the crimson tide and finished just in the nick of time. The game was well run the props looked really good so it was easy to get into the theme. We booked a group of 4 online for the Knight&Rook investigations room and were joined by another group of 2 for the 45 minute challenge. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it was a wonderful experience! When you first arrive you must sign a waiver and we didn't have to wait long to start our challenge. The Knight&Rook is the hardest of the three rooms, and I am pleased to say our group completed it with 12seconds left on the clock! Super fun way to spend an evening and is the perfect date night, friend group, or team building activity out there! We had a fourteen year old in our group who was entertained and able to contribute greatly to solving the challenge, so this is fun for all ages! read more
