I just purchased a 330Ci in 2021 from some friends so this is my first. I was super concerned about the level of maintenance required, etc. Marty, Dylan, and all the guys in the shop are knowledgeable, accurate, and don't do fluff. As a woman who loves cars and only drives manuals I hate going to places that patronize. These guys don't. They give it to you straight and respect everyone as car owners. I asked for clarification where needed and they were super clear on next steps. My husband does most maintenance for all of our vehicles but for the jobs he can't do at home, we come here. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Even when my car continued having issues, they stayed committed to helping me through the process. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to me. It's hard to find a shop that truly cares about their customers the way they do. If you're looking for an auto repair shop that treats you like family and stands behind their work, I highly recommend Tito's Auto Care. Thank you all for your hard work, your patience, and for showing so much compassion. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me!

At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

I got my 2005 Ford Taurus transmission rebuilt by them. The thing never worked properly even after…read morethey supposedly 'rebuilt' it. I spent $3,200 or so to get it rebuilt and it never shifted out of first gear properly that entire time. They would work it over and it'd kinda sorta work for a week then start acting up again. I think the longest I got it working was a month or so? Then after the year was up they sorta ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and said they couldn't find the parts to make it work properly. Keep in mind, even after they fixed it it never ever worked properly or as intended. So now, I'm left getting it looked over by another place and staring down the barrel of another large expense. Bill & Earl's is lucky I can't give them half a star, because at this point I certainly would. Tl;dr they don't fix your issue properly, do not go to them.

This is what they gave me: -The linkage for the gear selector on the dash is not connected. I have no idea what gear I'm in by sight. -Both lines to the cooling radiator have now blown. Both undersized, and improperly installed. -I asked them to leave the keys in the van so I could pick it up after hours...they left the lights on, so when I got there, with no one around to assist, the battery was dead, I had to call AAA to come give me a hot shot. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue.
