He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

A coolant leak has now evolved into a dead vehicle!!! It's 01/12/2026 and still not repaired and they will, no doubt, require full payment. This membership is about to get cancelled period!
