They say that the ads are allowed...for 20 minutes prior to the advertised showtime, then 20 minutes of previews that vary in length so @ 40 minutes is 'allowed'. Your patrons do not want 40 minutes of basically ALL ADVERTISING before a movie. Especially a movie that lasts for 2 hours and 52 minutes. Who would? You? I will keep giving poor reviews because this practice is manipulative and silly! Additionally, the inability to contact a manager as the corporate email stated is ridiculous. Do you have a choice as to whether you keep people subjected to these ads? Does ANYONE have a choice? How do I know when to arrive for a movie if the stated time varies by at least 20 minutes? The selection will waver (as all vintage game stores do). But what they do have is extreme quality. They may be picky on what they will take on trade in but I value that as someone who likes to see some of the rarer items for sale. I truly don't know how they make the business work. You can go in here and look at there prices and a vast majority of the time it's cheaper than eBay. No need to price check/match. Plus you get there honesty that the games have been tested. The owners are some of the friendliest I have met in all of my reviews. Down to earth, nice, and willing to hold a conversation with you on about anything. A true gem of a business and a place I greatly admire. Would definitely recommend.

So I just said that's cool, I don't need it, I'll just have a root beer instead. 10 minutes later and the server comes to the table with lightly-tinted soda water, very apologetically telling me that's what's coming out and they need to change the bag. I'm autistic and overstimulated at this point so I just say no, water is fine. And that was a little ehh, but the food was absolutely the most disappointing part of this experience. I ordered a burger with bacon and cheese and their curly fries on the side...the fries were barely warm, and not a single element of the burger was seasoned. It was offensively bland, and on top of that, the bacon was floppy. Burger was undercooked as well (menu says they're cooked to medium well, it was about medium rare). I took 2 bites and was totally done. It's really a shame because you can tell the quality of the ingredients is good, but the execution was just kind of embarrassing. Like...salt and pepper the meat at least, please, c'mon. The milkshake was pretty good, though. This place is an institution, but I think it's leaning a little too hard on that reputation and has let the quality of its food slip.
