I think they found a way in that wasn't treated as part of the pre-season preventative treatment. Unfortunately the nest got quite large because we didn't notice quickly and was in a tough to access spot. We contacted Gannon and they sent someone out, at no cost to us, covered by their guarantee. Gannon had to make a few trips to our place to get it under control -- all covered. Big thanks to Gannon for going the extra mile in making sure things were taken care of! Wanted to add air to my 2nd floor as central air is sufficient for 1st floor of my home build in 1910. They said need new electrical service but even that would not account for some $19,000 quote for simple mini split. Way over priced! A brand new furnace and central air would not cost that much money. Should be ashamed to quote anyone that for a tiny system.
