If you have chronic challenges with acne see Pam Pushpa. I found Pushpa Skin Care through Groupon about a month ago after enduring a 4+ months of cystic acne. To offer some context after making some positive lifestyle changes; e.g. healthier eating habits, exercise, drinking tons more water, my acne wouldn't subside. I was on clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide after having tried numerous remedies such as pro-biotic cleaners, charcoal sponges, etc. Believe me when I tell you that the medication was the last alternative.
