Honestly, it was such an amazing experience! We went for my sister's birthday for the first time, and we had an absolute blast! We traveled from Victorville, CA, and it was totally worth the drive. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the instructor was incredible--super patient, clear in their explanations, and very friendly. It was our first time doing this, and we truly had a wonderful time! I also loved that we could bring our own drinks, wine, and snacks--it made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for having us! We'll definitely be back!

It was my girlfriend & I's first time at Purple Easel & I must say it was such a wonderful time! We went to the 7-9PM class on Wednesday night & it was truly the most exciting time. Our teacher for the night was Miranda & she was really so sweet & so patient & was open and willing to helping if ever need be! But both my girlfriend & I decided we will have to make this a religious thing to go back, either as a date night or also invite family & friends! I would recommend this location to ANYONE!!!

We had such a blast here today!! I've been here a few times over the years but never a Paint Your Pet event. This was so fun!! All of the artists and staff were so helpful and fun! For beginners we were all 3 pretty happy with how our paintings turned out.

Finally had a chance to make it back to Purple Easel after nearly a year and they still have an exceptional service/experience! I also love that they added an apron for purchase... I was excited to buy a pink apron. The artist explained the steps well and it was easy to follow. I want to give Jennifer (artist on the floor) a shout out for helping throughout the entirety of the tutorial. Not only did she help assist me with a part of my painting but she also offered to take pictures of my friend and I with our paintings after the class. She really put a lot of effort into making our pictures look nice and was extremely friendly and complimentary. Thanks Jennifer, you really made the experience that much more enjoyable.

AMAZING studio and paint instructors!! Special shoutout to Jennifer and Trinity !! The studio is the cutest. From the setup to the organization I am really impressed. This class really works for all ages, genders, and skill levels because the instructors facilitate the steps. It is so much fun! My daughter and I make this our date nights and we can never wait to go back. I highly recommend this place !!

First time here at Purple Easel! Jennifer was great, and she made it very easy with all her step by step strokes. We went as a group and didn't know we had picked a more intermediate painting. Would do it again, maybe with a little more wine and food!

I held my daughter's birthday party at Purple Easel, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. The ladies there were so nice and accommodating. She had a K-Pop Demon Hunter-themed birthday, and they even played the soundtrack without us asking, which made the party even more fun. I went here on a Thursday night and it was a great first time experience with the instructor Trinity. She was excellent walking me through painting since it's my first time. Great environment and not rushed to paint. They provide the basic tools to paint and mostly you can bring snacks in drinks in the event. Overall, I had a great time. read more

I've been to this location several times and it's always a pleasant experience. Booking online is easy to reserve your spot and pay. Simply find a painting that you want to attend and a date/time that fits your schedule. They provide everything once you arrive. You can bring your own snacks and drinks or they have some snacks and drinks for purchase. The staff is always awesome--very friendly and patient. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. Why Can't Learning be Fun & Exciting? - Art can be excruciating to jump into. Full of expertise and criticism any would-be painter is met in public with opinion and critique. What if there were a place that affirmed all artists and fanned the flame of creativity in everybody. A place where expertise is at your disposal but always cradled with a dash of optimism and a splash of encouragement. What a rewarding place that would be! Purple Easel is a playground that wants nothing more than to see lives enriched. For some of our painters that's a place to meet the girls, pop the champagne, party-it-up and escape all the busyness. Others come and engage in some alone-and-unplug time, a little paint therapy. We're a hands on art venue never shy in having fun. The music is up, the instructors are witty, the staff are friendly, and every everyone leaves with a piece of greater self-worth.

And, months and months later...still no satisfaction... They claim on page 10 of the fine print…read more.. each person needed to purchase their own ticket with the "link"... Ok, I totally get I didn't read all 10 pages of the fine print. But, my friend purchased her group tickets a few weeks before and she bought all ; tickets? No link needed to redeem this special. For all the money and people I've referred to this business, you'd think they'd suck it up to please a valued customer and offer a coupon/discount SOMETHING! Apparently they are standing their ground... They would rather lose a group of regular customers than lose $35 bucks. And as a side note, my guests were foreign exchange students from Japan who had no way to "click" a link or even access our internet during their stay.

Something memorable than the typical bouncing jumpers. There were many mobile canvas paint companies to choose from, but my initial contact with Strokes on Kanvas made my decision so easy to move forward with them. I received a prompt follow-up call to confirm their availability, followed by personal messages to solidify the details. This husband/wife duo are nothing less than professionals. They were great with the kids. They were attentive, patient, knew when to give them breaks, knew how to gather them back and re-focus, and just had the kid's (and adults) excited about their painting skills. I had to keep a few adults away from joining the kid's experience. Stephen and Diane, I am so happy we worked together and created a lasting memory for my family. Next up... an adult paint party! I first heard of Purple Easel through a living social deal. It was a buy one get one free type of thing in which it said painting and BYOB. I thought for the price it would be worth it to check it out and I'm so glad I did!!! It is soooo awesome that I have been back multiple times with my mom and husband. When you arrive they give you everything you need for the entire night of painting. They have someone who teaches you how to mix the paints and paint your masterpiece step by step. It is amazing how wonderful everyone's painting turned out. It doesn't even matter if you are good at art or not. The simple instructions from great staff members make it possible. I currently have all of my art work hanging on the wall. A few tips: 1. the longer the class is the harder the painting. Try starting out with a 2 hour one. 2. Make sure you bring lots of snack and drinks (alcoholic or not) 3. Wear clothes that you don't mind if you get a little paint on because it doesn't come out 4. Bring a plastic bag or something you can lay your painting on in the car. Sometimes the sides are still wet and you don't want to get it on your car seat read more

I recently attended a Sip & Paint event, and I can't recommend it enough! The highlight of my evening was our instructor Trinity, who was super attentive, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Her fun and likeable personality really made the night enjoyable for everyone. Whether you were a first-time painter or had more experience, she made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with their art. She was constantly offering guidance when I needed it and had a way of keeping the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. The whole experience was fun from start to finish, especially when she said "let me break it down for you when" and started to dance when explaining how to do the branches on the trees. The kids painting was fun and perfect for my 6 and 8 year old. The instructor was great and it was easy to fall along. They had a blast. As for Covid, I was disappointed there was ZERO social distancing involved. They class was packed, I think maybe 2 seats in the crowded room were empty! They take temperatures and require masks, but of course once people are inside masks end up coming off. I just wish they limited the class size like they said they do online so all 40 of us maybe could spread out. We will try online classes until we feel more comfortable going back in person. read more

Had such a great experience here! Took my mom out here and she loved it as well. Found this place on Groupon and the price was really good. Deal includes for two people and all materials needed to paint. The atmosphere was very positive. Instructors were friendly and ready to help when needed. The pace of instruction was great as he took it step by step and making sure everyone was able to move on to the next step. You are also able to bring your own snacks, drinks and wine. ;) if you are into arts and crafts or just want to try something new, I would highly suggest this place! read more

What a great experience! Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially for those first-timers that are nervous about trying something new. The entire process is guided and doesn't feel rushed. Two years I have been coming here I have lots of fun whenever I go. Most instructors are great, but there is one I would avoid if you are a total beginner. My favorites are Hayley, Ian, Latoya, John, Lauren, Kirsten and Dana. They give great detailed and measured instructions. I would have given 5 stars, if it weren't for this one person ... and lately your are late with your calendars. I need to plan my months ahead ... hahaha read more
