They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

I spoke with John M. who was informative, clear, and friendly. I scheduled an air duct cleaning for the next day. Robert J. did a wonderful job- he taught me about my heating/cooling system, showed me where the filter goes, talked me through the cleaning process, and ended up cleaning my dryer ducts as well. I considered giving 4 stars because the service left my house pretty messy. Robert vacuumed and cleaned what he could, but I still had to sweep, mop, and dust pretty much every room--I've never had my air ducts cleaned so maybe that's just how it is. After all was done, I bought a new filter, but couldn't get it into my unconventional heating/cooling set up. After some unsuccessful attempts and youtube videos, I called PowerBees back- both John and Robert worked with me to solve the problem and get the filter in. Robert offered to come back if needed, despite being an hour away. Overall, the air duct and dryer vent cleaning were very affordable and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.
