VIP Steemer showed up within an hour to begin water mitigation (mind you I live in Northern. VA. and they are based in MD). Julian (Owner of VIP Steemer) had a plumber at my house within two hours and they managed to fixed the problem in less than thirty minutes and only charged a fraction of the price. I had no idea what to expect with my insurance company considering I had never experienced this before. Julian walked me through the process and even negotiated with my insurance adjuster to make sure I was getting top dollar for my repairs. Thankfully everything worked out.
