Super cute place, convenient from the airport in between 2 flights. We went there with our suitcases and all. Without a reservation, in October. We got a table easily, it was super cute and nice out, but unfortunately it started raining and never stopped. We had to move and they didn't have room inside for us, even though they had offered earlier to move us in.. confusing. Regardless, food was great, drinks were delish, and the bill was not cheap. But the view was better than sitting in the airport! read more

We visited this restaurant twice and I will say that we had THE WORST customer service EVER!! Staff is rude, pretentious and I think they all assume are on a runway in Paris! Please Learn some customer service! The bartender (and what I can only assume was a manager) were blatantly making fun of simply the way we said "mojito" (being from the states). When I called the manager out he simply backpedaled stating, "we all say it differently, ha!" This place is a joke! I get better service and feel more welcome at a McDonald's! If you would like to waste your money and feel pretentious, by all means, this is the restaurant for you! I pray to god the waitstaff here does not represent the people of Mallorca! read more

Spend almost a whole day at Puro Beach this summer while celebrating one of my friends birthdays. At the time we arrived at Puro Beach (around 11am) there were already people before us in line trying to get in without a reservation, which they didn't. Therefore to get the most out of your trip here, make SURE you and your company reserves a seat. Furthermore the service from the personal (all dressed in white - as well as the rest of the decor) was really really service-minded and woo you every ffive or ten minute. But you didn't expect more when paying around 50 euro just to enter Puro Beach. The drinks were very well made and the food (salad) was alright. Puro Beach feels most suited for young couples even if our group of singles guys had a blast visiting it. read more

Best beach club in town! I'm not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews. The attention is good, the view is stunning and the food is really really really good. I recommend this spot. Here we had the salmon and avocado tartar, Mediterranean plate and goat cheese salad. All delicioso! We also order the fruit platter which was beautiful. The ambiance is great! It's kind of perfect in my opinion. The music is not too loud and the crowd is very nice. read more

Didnt know what to expect going to this dayclub an early afternoon. Its a bit off from Palma city so dont even think about walking here, you have to cab it off. Consider going here if you dont have anything to do, have a lousy hotel pool, or just wanna chill in the sun for a day. Weekends brings DJs and dayparties, weekdays and off season provides a more laidback style with less ppl and softer music. Food is top class! Had their Caesar salad followed by some tenderloin for lunch, and it was unsuspectingly good for not being branded as a restaurant. This place is a really classy one including the prime location virtually on the water, to the service and sunbeds provided. I have yet to experience a similar venue before, and after further investigation i found out that they have several spots around Europe. And that the concept actually was founded and run by a Swede, which doesnt make the story worse. Go here to get that great feeling that extends beyond your vacation, and even though its not the cheapest place on earth, you will definitely get value for spending your hard-earned cash! read more

Nothing one must have been to... ...is Puro Beach in Palma. We went there yesterday to spend a few hours with good music, drinks and food on the poolside. Without a reservation we were asked to come back later because we were told that there were 20 waiting guests on the list. Our question if our name was needed for the list was negotiated. Coming back two hours later, we were asked for the name and (for obvious reasons) they couldn't find us on the list. We were offered to enter the VIP area for € 60,- each. After all that waiting, we were not willing to pay such a sum for the one hour we had left to spend there. What I could see from the entrance area, the whole site is much smaller as it appeared to be on the website. No entrance fee was mentioned on the website, as far as I can remember anyway. At least the personnel was polite, but not very welcoming. read more

Where money is the only language they speak.. forget Spanish, its dollar bills. Tried on a swimsuit and it seemed to fit but when i sat at the bar to have a cocktail i realized, not the best for me. They would not return the swimsuit literally 5 minutes later.. forcing me to buy $100 worth of shit from their overpriced gift shop. Never com here.. go somewhere authentic in Spain. read more

Went to Puro Beach for dinner on a Saturday nite. The food was a set menu, which should translate into an excellent meal, but it did not. Food was 1 star, maybe 2. DJ was almost unbearable and 0 stars. Way overpriced for what it was trying to be. The service was very good. The view was very good. I get the concept, it's a pool party type venue, but that should have a killer DJ and respectable food at prices they are charging, yes, even in Mallorca. read more

More like Puro Desastre. The service at Puro Beach was chaotic and terrible. I got handed off between four different servers during the hour I was there. The items I ordered either came after a really long time or were dropped due to wait staff incompetence. The experience was so miserable that I decided my wife and I should leave before our entrees came. To be clear, I've NEVER left a meal early. But, in this case, I was so fed up with the horrible attitudes and performance of the staff that remaining was untenable. The only positive thing from the whole fiasco was that the manager waived my bill when I asked to pay and leave before my entrees came. I'd recommend Nikki Beach instead... at least it's consistent. read more
