I was referred here and im so happy I was. I stopped in with my family for lunch and it was absolutely superb. We ordered family style and tried just about everything. Food all 10/10 cooked well, seasoned to perfection. Excellent place! My friend and I were walking around Palma and wanted to grab some lunch and found this place. We are so glad we did! The place is tucked on a side street next to the Esglesia de Santa Eulalia and is very quaint. We were given bread, which came with the most delicious aioli I've had. For lunch, they have a 3 course menu for 15 euros. I got a bacalao carpaccio , salmon with peanut sauce, and instead of dessert, I opted for a cafe con leche. Everything was phenomenal. This is a really lovely place for dinner - especially after summer because you can only sit inside. The interior is nice and cozy. But let's talk about the food....! The food is amazing! All cooked freshly on the premises. We had a lovely soup of the day made by the owners wife and a wonderful goat cheese salad with nuts and quinoa (yes, a Spanish restaurant and they serve quinoa!). And also the assorted tapas plate I can highly recommend. We had half vegetarian, half meat and they were all super tasty - especially the vegetarian ones... (Ok, I'm biased...). My company had a wonderful lamb chops so we were all happy. To top it off a home made tart for dessert and coffee. The prices are very good and the service was very attentive and friendly. This is a great place to come to with children and to experience authentic wonderful and modern Spanish food and also find plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. Sa Bodegueta is an absolute gem. It has that rare quality of location, ambience, great food and reasonably priced good wine. It's tucked away in an alley in the heart of the Old City - but was usually busy in the time we visited Mallorca, so I recommend calling and making a reservation. You can't go wrong with their soups, Paella and dessert. The owner of the establishment, oh, and the wait staff are personal, speak good English and will make you feel right at home. The prices are reasonable and it has that quaint Spanish charm to it that makes this place a must if you're looking for a good time. read more
