Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location has been nothing short of disappointing. I brought in my uniform on a Monday evening and was initially told it would be ready on July 4th. Recognizing that the holiday might affect the schedule, I confirmed and was then told it would be ready on Monday, July 8th. When I returned to pick up my uniform at 4:00 pm, I was informed I should come back at 5:30 pm because "the guy" had not yet dropped off the clothing. I returned again at 6:11 pm--just before the store closed at 6:30 pm--only to be told my uniform was not ready and that I should pick it up the next day, Tuesday, July 8th.
