They told me that WITH the Groupon it would still be a bit more depending on how many ducts, returns, and vents I had. I was told ahead of time that if the system had not been cleaned before that it would be $25 for each hole they had to cut (this was the standard with the other companies I checked out). Our house is 40 years old and has never been cleaned ( we recently moved in).My wife and sons allergies were getting very bad. And the amount of dust, hair, rubber bands, spoons, ect that was pulled out of the system was unreal. As for the pricing, a previous reviewer wrote that it was very confusing and not right. I have to strongly disagree. All I had to do was ask ahead of time, count my vents, ducts, and returns. I came out with a price that was true as well as more affordable than any other company we looked at. The person that wrote the bad review also clearly failed to buy the Groupon online and was supposed to pay Vlad in person but seemed to get upset by that. Can't just mention it and expect to get the killer discount, you have to actually purchase the Groupon or at least pay the discounted price. Treat others like you would like to be treated. My experience was outstanding, my ducts are clean and we will be using him again.

Frank and Mark showed up right on time. Not only were they clean, courteous, and incredibly efficient, but they also ended up saving us from a potential household disaster. Without missing a beat, Frank and Mark walked us through the issue, installed new piping, and cleared out every last trace of built-up lint in addition to meticulously cleaning out all the air and bathroom vents throughout the entire house. They were professional, knowledgeable, and downright awesome to work with. It's rare to find technicians who are exceptionally thorough and honest. Thank you Duct Pros, especially to Frank and Mark!

I submitted a request for quote and Vagif responded within 10 min (late on a sunday night), called me, and set up an appointment for the next morning. He actually was able to take the machine apart, clean out the inside, and identified where the smell was coming from. Wires on the internals were covered in dust and burning! This was a fire hazard and something a standard duct clean would ignore. We negotiated a fair price and the work was done in the background in about 2 hours. But even after cleaning it out, the smell wasn't going away. Then the vent started giving off either smoke or steam, and in a panic I immediately turned off the dryer. Thank God I didn't start a dryer fire. The second I shut it off and made sure everything was ok, I opened Yelp and searched for a dryer vent cleaner. Chris's Insulation came up, he had great ratings, he was super close by, so after calling a different service and going to voicemail, I called Chris. Chris picked up after the second ring. When I told him that I needed someone to clean our dryer vent and what had happened, he said he could come out either between 5:00 and 6:00 pm that evening or the next day. It was already mid-afternoon when I called, so I was surprised to hear him say he could still come out same-day, but I decided to have him do that since I was free and also still a little shaky following what happened with the vent either smoking or steaming. Chris showed up during the window he quoted and wasted no time getting to work. He started the second he arrived and was done within the hour. His pricing was incredibly reasonable and fair and so far, in the couple of weeks since he was here, we've had no issues with the dryer. Before he left, he also sent us a ton of pictures of what the vent looked like post-cleaning. Super happy and relieved.
