I called again at 7:30, 8:30 and by nine I was tired of getting the answering machine. I called another local pump repair business and got a person, not answering machine and eta of service tech . He came repaired our pump and left.. It's now 7 hours later and Action still has not called. If you want your call returned in a reasonable amount of time don't call action, unless you like inaction.

It's not a wonder they have an F with the Better Business Bureau. Do not let this company do…read moreanything in your house!! We got our water system about 2 1/2 years ago. Worked relatively fine. It was very expensive to replace the filter so often. Biggest thing I wanted to share was how they caused over $50,000 in water damage from their leaking water filtration in my kitchen.. they accepted responsibility and paid for the first 16,000 of it to get actively growing mold infestation my house after eight months. Finally all the mold in the cabinets and the flooring were removed that were all damaged from the water leak and now the company has refused to return any phone calls any emails. I called every number I could find to try to contact them and left messages to request callbacks and no one would ever call me back and no one would ever call the remediation company back that removed the mold out of my house.
