He was disengaged and it was apparent he showed up only to collect the "show up" fee -period. I contacted Premier Plumbing, they came the next day 12/24, Christmas eve, as I am hosting Christmas dinner this year and needed the backup from the plumbing fixed - only charged $154 dollars for the same work - they showed up with tools not an iPad!
