I have been a member of Pure Vanity Spa's perks membership for over a year, and I have been disappointed with my recent experiences. **Please note: The prices at this spa are not cheap. You must pay $70 per month for a membership in order to receive a discount, and the discount is not significantly lower than the non-member rates. The first time I went, I was charged incorrectly. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told that they would credit my account instead of reversing the charge. I was hesitant to do this, but I was under the impression that it was a one-time occurrence. The second time I went, I booked a 90-minute HydraFacial service and used an add-on to include my neck. I was looking forward to a relaxing 90-minute service, but I was surprised when it was done in 40 minutes plus 8 minutes of dressing and undressing. According to the aesthetician, the service can "up to" 90 minutes, which I found very confusing. I was also disappointed that I was unable to tip using my credits. I wanted to tip the staff, even though I was not happy with the service. To add insult to injury, when I was explaining my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I overheard someone from management interviewing an applicant. This person overheard my entire conversation and did not intervene or try to reach out to me. I have never had a negative experience at a spa before, and I am very disappointed with Pure Vanity Spa. Ok Ladies, let's be real. I am not blessed with great skin. I have a lot of pigmentation on my face, especially near the cheekbones and chin. I have tried many products that claim to improve the discoloration. All have failed, until now. I got a membership at pure vanity about a year ago and have just now started to go religiously, and let me tell you. My skin has never looked so great!! The staff are wonderful and easy to talk to. I am there for now over 1 year and I love every visit ! Finally close enough so I dont have to drive for way over 30min to get a awesome facial ! The only downer is....if you go in the morning you'll hear the Pizza place next door doing what ever they're doing but it is super loud and annoying ! However, when I arrived for my appointment, they went back on their word and refused to honor the agreed-upon price, demanding I pay full price instead. This experience was completely deceptive and unethical. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
