Word of mouth led me here and I'm so glad it did! I have received Botox injections and laser hair removal treatment here and the service is fantastic. Emma is the laser technician and she is so sweet, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. My laser session was super comfortable and she made it a point to check in with me and adjust as needed. I purchased a botox groupon of 20 units. being my first time I read it was best to start lightly to ensure you like the effects and have no reactions to it. The doctor arrives late and begins to tell me i have many more areas that need treatment than what i initially came in for and is suggesting 40units. I explain i had already purchased my Groupon of 20 and would really like to start there to be sure i like it. (I am 35 & only wanted to do my forehead) but becuase i refused to do my entire face he became very aggressive and flat out refused to honor my Groupon/ do the 20 units if i wasn't going to be doing all 40 he suggested. Back staff were quiet to allow pt to decide on the doctor's recommendations. Results are an improvement. I can tell but my neighbor who is an esthetician could not. The new nurse is in at least 2 pictures after my review, and one is her getting a procedure done. She informed me of a product to help redness with copper and vit b and it appears to be working. I have been coming to this med spa for nearly 2 years now for Botox. I initially found them through a Groupon which was much cheaper than their cost and a great way to try them out. I really liked the doctor and kept coming back. I specifically asked if it was ok that I purchased Groupons for the service (saves me money, why would I not ask). I was elated to hear they were ok with it. This was over a year and a half ago and I come every 3 months.. I've had some small dissatisfaction issues with scheduling and the doctor and nurse do not inject the same way, but it hasn't stopped me. Today I came in for my appointment and was basically treated like a criminal for using a Groupon. I was told I was "lied to" by the new nurse who was training when I came in 3 months ago, and was told that the office manager wouldn't honor that because it's ridiculous that I've been using one for so long. Many things come to mind here... but above all else, it's get your staff in order, after all it was YOUR staff that "lied to" me. AND.. continued to let me use it every time I came without any issues. As I tried to get my money back from Groupon while I was there, I was disrespected and treated like I had done something wrong. I told the nurse that I just wouldn't use them going forward but it's silly they won't honor it this time since I've always used them and I already paid for it (and can't get my money back for the record). She looked at me like I was crazy, said nothing at all and then eventually left the room to go chit chat with another nurse.... Like I wasn't there attempting to fix this issue, and like I was some Joe Schmo from off the street and hadn't been coming for nearly 2 years. I didn't do anything wrong at all.. your staff was in the wrong and somehow that's on me?? I very easily could have used a different card and paid for services and left to deal with the rest on my own. However, the way this lady treated me, like "how dare I", was enough to cut all ties and ditch the appointment and find another company. Came in for Botox but for whatever reason it wasn't very effective. It seemed to me the injector wasn't pressing the syringe all the way, leaving product unused. I have had Botox a few times before at other locations and have never had this issue. Also I made it very clear that I was not interested in lip fillers but the nurses and injectors were persistent. The injector actually left the room midway through my appointment to show me their scrapbook of previous lip filler before and afters... This place is not very good. Do not get a package because you'll never see that money again. I went here for a few sessions got a package. I had an emergency and was not able to call and cancel and they charged a $50 late fee. Businesses that do this are merely attempting to nickel and dime you and I don't support them. I tried talking to the manager and explained i had an emergency and they weren't understanding of it. I also told them I was moving extremely far away and asked for a refund. They said they could not do that for me and it was in my contract. I asked for her to email my contract.... six months laser and I have no email. Lastly, I came there for laser hair removal and the technician commented on the "milia" on my face and told me she could "take care of that". Terrible rip off, complete waste of money. There are so many other places to go that are amazing here in the valley. She did away with all the nasty little broken vessels near the sides of my nose. The micro-needling facial with your own blood plasma (Vampire Facial) is fabulous to help repair acne scarring. He makes you feel welcome, beautiful, in charge of the process, and most importantly, he makes it clear that you are gorgeous, no matter if you receive services there or not. Beauty isn't in a procedure. He is happy to spend his time with you, no matter if a procedure takes place or not. He is also a doctor that will tell you "no", or that maybe you're pushing the lines of good taste. He would rather send you away and lose a client than allow you to disfigure yourself. I find that refreshing and out of the ordinary. He will also make suggestions, at your specific request, using his vast knowledge of skin and muscles, to assist you in choosing the procedures that are right for you. As for price, they may be slightly more costly than some other places I've seen online, but they have top of the line, state of the art technology, products and equipment, services provided by an MD, and a facility that meets medical standards and still feels like a spa. When it comes to your face, should you really be bargain shopping anyway? The salon offers a full line of skin care products that compete with high end cosmetics in price, yet have medical grade ingredients, meaning they work! I have have amazing results from just a short time of using "Ageless" before bed 3-4 nights per week. The laser hair removal is basically painless, and has amazing results. The girls that perform the service, make you feel so comfortable that you don't even feel awkward with more personal, bikini or Brazilian hair removal. I've gone here three times for Juvéderm in my lips so far and I'm super happy with the results! The doctor uses a tiny catheter in the cheek as opposed to directly injecting in the lips. Much less (if any) bruising on my lips, the Juvéderm is dispersed much more symmetrically, and I barely have any swelling. They recommend replenishing every 8 to 10 months, but I'm going on a year and a half from my third round and I can probably wait another six months. read more

When I called in after the week they say you have to wait to be able to notice results, the receptionist admitted he didnt use the 20 units between my brows. She tried to schedule an appoinment for me to come in and pay more to fix it. My bestfriend got botox done here a little less than a month before I did, Hers was worn off about a week after I got mine done. Save your money and go somewhere that uses quality injections, and actually listens to what you want. I doubt they use ALLERGAN.
