Nick replied quickly when I asked about getting my microwave repaired. At 16 years old, he recommended replacing it, and helped me ensure the one I bought from Lowes was the correct make and model. The tech that came out texted me when he was an hour out, which was a helpful amount of time because it narrowed the window but not by so much that if I had been busy I wouldn't have been able to break and let him in the house.
