George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. They suggested replacing the disposal, which is what I did, since fixing it may not hold up or work. They worked efficiently, tested it out with me, and made sure there wasn't a leak. The techician intalled and the refrigerator ran all of the time and froze the contents. They made a reurn call and said it needed a new evaporator, a $450 part that I ordered myself and waited for it to be installed. The technician cancelled these appointments 4 times the day of the call. Got fed up and called another service company. That technician said the thermostst was installed incorrectly and that I did not need a new evaporator. He fixed their screw up and the fridge is running fine. His charge for the call was $89, A+ charges $159. It appears that they mark up parts at least 100% as they said the cost of a new evaporator was over $1000. Be warned.
