George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. The techician intalled and the refrigerator ran all of the time and froze the contents. They made a reurn call and said it needed a new evaporator, a $450 part that I ordered myself and waited for it to be installed. The technician cancelled these appointments 4 times the day of the call. Got fed up and called another service company. That technician said the thermostst was installed incorrectly and that I did not need a new evaporator. He fixed their screw up and the fridge is running fine. His charge for the call was $89, A+ charges $159. It appears that they mark up parts at least 100% as they said the cost of a new evaporator was over $1000. Be warned.

The tech that came out texted me when he was an hour out, which was a helpful amount of time because it narrowed the window but not by so much that if I had been busy I wouldn't have been able to break and let him in the house.
