After 3 days I got let go because I was told that the company is always looking for ways to improve efficiency, so I started suggesting ways to improve different things, while doing my job. The I brought up weekly pay. Told my manager that bi-weekly pay is looked at as employers controlling our money because we aren't good with it. They did NOT like this. Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired. I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage. Avoid working here.

Re. prices: 1) Their quote for a big ticket repair I needed ($800+) was a little more expensive than the local dealer quoted me; therefore if you're looking at a big, costly repair, it could pay to get other price quotes. 2) With a coupon on some local pharmacies' bags, a regular oil change here costs only $15.95 (as of Feb. 2020). Regardless of price, I have utter confidence in R & T's ability to do the work well. Clean shop; courteous, professional, friendly staff; low employee turnover --- trifecta! UPDATE: Their regular price for a standard oil change is $15.95 -- you don't need a coupon to get this price.

We have had numerous quick repairs done at no cost and some extensive diagnosis work done for very little or free. The owner, Rob, then showed up and brought me inside for the estimate. It came out to less than $250!! That's what I expected to pay for the "inspection" alone.
