I tried filling out a customer support form with them online and then also filled out a parts request form complete with part number. They never got back to me in any way. But then I found ToyoTechs and everything changed. I filled out a service request form on their website in the evening and was contacted immediately the next morning via voicemail and email. Long story short. Blane at the front desk hooked me up with my bolts for a great price and also in record time. He even called their parts distributor to make sure I would receive them before the weekend, which I did. It really showed me how much these guys care about their customers because they went above and beyond for such a small sale .
