The service is consistently great, the food is delicious, and I love having healthy options that make you feel good. I came here on august 16th and these two girl working there are extremely rude, unprofessional and provided horrible awful customer service I've never received at any tropical smoothie cafe location. As I was trying to decide on what to order, the cashier who took my order acted impatient just because I was taking my time trying to decide what to order. I ordered a tiki torch wrap and smoothie combo. And when I requested different things to be added in the wrap, the cashier a act like I was a problem customer just to customize the wrap. And she also act like she was annoyed and didn't want to be bothered just because I requested different customization in my smoothie as well. And she kept rudely saying repeating herself "is this all your ordering". And when I ordered the combo, she then claims all sides are free of charge and no additional charges for any of the sides, I requested kale apple slaw. When she handed me my receipt, I was shocked when I saw a charge of $0.99 for kale apple slaw, I then showed the cashier my receipt and she kept stupidly smiling as if she knew she was lying and she just kept lying saying "don't worry you weren't charged, I don't know why it shows this charge but you weren't charged for it" and I then told her if I wasn't charged for it then why does it show and she couldn't answer because she knew she was lying. This other different rude girl who was making orders then comes over and I explained the problem to her and she act like it was no big deal. All she said was "there is a charge, do you still want it or no" and she said this very rudely and she didn't apologize for what the cashier said, I then told her I want a refund for this because I'm charged for the side when the cashier claim there's no charge for it when really there was and cashier tried to lie at first. Anyway, the other really rude different girl got get annoyed and mad just because I asked for refund, she aggressively opened the register and she rudely handed me the change in a very rude way, she also gave me an incorrect amount of change, and I said to her "the refund should be including tax so it should come up to $1.05" and she rudely ignored what I said. So wrong and unprofessional. And when they handed me my order and smoothie, they didn't say nothing to me at all. They both acted irritated and annoyed for asking for refund on apple kale slaw and acting like I'm a problem customer when it's the cashier fault for trying to say there's no charge for it when it clearly was after checking my receipt and getting mad and irritated for asking for refund. Few mins later, I then came back in the store because I needed to get a cup of ice, I was the first customer to come in the store and then there was a second customer who was coming in from behind me, I did not appreciate how the rude girl, the one who aggressively handed me my change, she goes and help the second customer who was not the first customer to enter the store because I was, she goes and help her instead and was nice towards her and hands her pickup order and ignores me completely and when the customer left, she never asked me what did I need help with, she just back to front of the kitchen, I then asked her I would like a large size cup of ice and she rudely says "no im only giving you a small cup" which is also very rude and unprofessional what she said. This location already has horrible awful customer service and I notice this location hardly has any customers, they will eventually shut down due to awful customer service and hardly any customers go there anyway. I then reported the whole entire incident to corporate over the phone and corporate said to make up for the bad experience, they will submit a full refund request to the location but it's been weeks and haven't heard from nobody at all. So just a warning DO NOT come to this location if you want to receive horrible awful customer service and deal with those two mean ignorant unprofessional rude girls employees there because they are the only ones working at this location.

Eventually, another worker came out and helped make the orders. I waited about 15 minutes for my bowl. It wasn't a big deal, but it was definitely longer than I have ever had to wait. The group in front of me ordered 2 bowls and theirs came out after mine which was a little weird. There was also another customer who came to pick up an online order and her order didn't get started until after mine was done, so I don't know if online ordering actually speeds the process up.
