The service is consistently great, the food is delicious, and I love having healthy options that make you feel good. But one of my favorite things about South Block is the positive, community-minded energy. Amir and the entire South Block team are all about community, having fun, and making people feel welcome. This contains guava juice, strawberry, and bananas, which is much less complex than the regular sized 16 oz. adult smoothies. Overall, pretty refreshing and enjoyable. It's not Orange Fanta, but it did the job. Spacious interior but not a whole lot of seating. Definitely more of a grab-and-go while walking around Pike & Rose.

Lots of seating inside and some outside for when the weather gets nice. The pastries look so delicious and appealing. I got the GF Passionfruit Krembo pastry for $7.50, it is made with coconut base and the top was a passion fruit mousse. Quite delicious. I also got the Matcha latte $5.00 hot drink. The bathrooms are clean, which is expected since it's a new place. There's a large selection of GF items and big selection of drinks too. I will definitely come back to try their salads and to have a nice fresh brewed coffee.
