I need to add an update to a past project now that we have been living in our home for 2 years. Where do I begin? James, the owner of Pure Energy and his staff are amazing. They arrived on time, kept us informed every step of the way and explained it in a way we could understand. They installed a generator switch and were also able to include the wine cellar even though the power source was located on the other side of the house. The work was completed as promised, their cost estimates were accurate and fair. Shortly after the installation, we tried to test the generator and discovered we had not been good students and had not taken good notes. I had James at pure energy offer to come straight out and give a quick (no charge) estimate and he is a man of his word. Previously I had asked Wooly to do the job but the "assumption" that they would be at the location ONE MINUTE before their five hour window does not breed confidence in their care or ability. Pure energy gave me a three hour window and even called to see if it would be ok to show up early. They are pleasant and easy to work with, manage their time and don't lie (unlike other companies).
