I had been going to acupuncture, which does help, but the tension in my muscles was getting so intense that acupuncture was starting to hurt - which doesn't normally happen. Therefore, I researched on Yelp to look for the best massage therapist I could find in Savannah. I am so happy I came upon Savannah Healing Arts! When I met Cathy, she was warm and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was able to explain to her my needs for the session and then I had a fantastic hot stone massage - I definitely recommend it, as the hot stones feel totally incredible, in addition to Cathy's magic touch! We had a lot of tension that needed worked out and were sore the next day but it was much needed - especially with all the walking we had been doing and continued to do. Pedicures were great too! However, I didn't realize just how great until now because... I went to Tybee Island on the beach all day, walked and walked and walked. Back in Ohio I am in and out of sandals, heels for work, barefoot working in the yard. We went on our annual canoe trip in rocky river water and water shoes, etc. You get the idea. My Sweet Water pedicure lasted a whole month and still wasn't chipping. SO impressed. Ohio pedicure's last me 3 weeks if I'm super careful. So if you're questioning a pedicure, do it.
