In the greenlake studio the lockers are in the front room and they're fairly small, no room for backpacks.

It was my first time there and I felt like they were super accommodating in getting me set up and showing me around. The waiver and paperwork were also quick and easy. Amanda taught the class and was wonderful. A lot of newbies in the room and she challenged us but also really spoke in a way we'd understand. The class was HOT and challenging from start to finish, but I can totally see why people love it. The vibe in the room was really empowering and the space itself was super clean and modern. I showered after class and they have great locker rooms and amenities, even providing me with a shower towel! Lots of showers, tons of mirror space. The whole studio is clean, modern, and new. I would totally go back!

Sadly, I have to respond again about Trufusion's poor customer service. I wrote a review to warn…read moremembers to carefully document all efforts to cancel their membership and received another unhelpful response from Trufusion. Honestly, it is shocking that Trufusion will not refund approximately $500 that we have been charged when they can clearly see our daughters have not used these accounts since August of 2025. As documented in email communication, one daughter tried to cancel the account on the Trufusion by calling and the website, but it did not work. So finally your staff acknowledged that the system was not working, and agreed to cancel her membership in December, but would not refund the $160 charged since she left in August. As your documentation shows, our other daughter called two times to change her membership. Our daughter asked to cancel, but your staff put her membership on hold without informing her of the monthly charge and automatic reinstatement of a large monthly charge. Both girls left the state in August and would not have agreed to continue to pay $11 monthly fees and a $130 automatic renewal fee since they do not live here. We now have paid approximately $500 since August when both daughters left the state and neither has used their membership since then. So .. no.,, they are not happy withTrufusion. And my warning to others continues, get every effort to cancel your membership in writing and document your conversations.

The Barre3 community at Roosevelt is the BEST! I love the Signature classes and appreciate that…read morethey have now added a Cardio class and a Strength Class. Try it and I think you'll love it just as much as I do!

Three days into the COVID-19 quarantine and I'm already itching to get back into my workout…read moreroutine... which includes getting my barre on at barre3 on Rooosevelt! First off, I love the location of this studio. Super accessible for folks coming from the UW, Ravenna, Greenlake neighborhoods and super convenient for batching a workout with errands (grocery store, quick lunch, coffee to-go). Parking is also a piece of cake in this area. The facility is on the smaller side with an intimate lobby, one studio space, one bathroom, a little play area for kiddos, and some cubbies for storing belongings. Bring a lock if you care to! On an intensity scale of 0-10, with 0 being binge watching Netflix's Love Is Blind and 10 being feeling like I worked out so hard I might throw up, the classes here usually land at a 4 for me. For those who have tried Pure Barre before, barre3 is a lot more toned down and incorporates more yoga/relaxation elements in comparison. While I enjoy this on most days, I sometimes wish the exercises were more challenging and came with additional modifications to kick the workout up a notch. Another small piece of feedback I have is about socks. Out of all the barre/pilates studios I've been to, barre3 seems to be the only one that doesn't require attendees to wear socks, which I don't love... If you're gonna make me do a plank and put my hands directly on the same floor that other people's feet have walked all over, can I at least request that those tootsies not be bare? To end on a more positive note, I've always really enjoyed the instructors here! While I haven't taken class with the same person enough times to build relationships, they always bring such a calming and positive presence to the room. And great playlists, too. I'll be looking forward to my next class at barre3 when this pandemic finally comes to an end. Until then, stay safe and practice good hygiene, everyone!

Cycling and barre classes often have themed music or events. Plus, they host special happenings like Friday free classes and group donation competitions. Beyond the classes, canceling and pausing your membership is incredibly easy - just email them, and they'll adjust it for the next billing cycle. The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions.

The studio itself is relatively small, as it's one mirrored room with a bathroom in the corner, but has enough space for 20+ people in one fitness class. They provide yoga mats, towels, hair ties, and a shelf to put your belongings in. There's a fun disco light that sometimes gets used in select dance fitness classes, and also warm twinkle mood lights for the more relaxing yoga classes. There's street parking, which is decently easy to find (I've gone here for almost 2 years and I've never not been able to find a spot within a 5 min walk). Now, for the classes they offer here. As mentioned above, Oula is the best. It's a 50-minute high-energy dance fitness cardio class that's full of fun and sexy moves choreographed to the latest pop hits. What I love most is how empowering the class is--it's mostly women (everyone is welcome though!) singing and dancing together to uplifting songs. I can always count on Oula to cheer me up on a bad day. P.S. if you do try Oula, I recommend booking at least your first class with Quincy, as she's especially good at getting you pumped while shouting out the moves to help you follow along. The studio also offers other classes, including Barre, Pop Pilates, Hoopnotica, Zumba, yoga (in the form of Oula One), and Mixxedfit. There's a wide range of classes for you to try, so you really can't go wrong here! I originally found Compfit through Groupon and got addicted REAL quick. I am now on the 6-month membership, which makes booking classes super easy. Takeaway: Compfit makes working out fun and easy through various group fitness classes. I highly recommend trying this studio out!
