Great company that has amazing customer service. The water quality is amazing and they put their customers first.

Francisco was awesome and informative. Very clean with his work and enthusiastic. Great work done

We've been wanting a water softener & to filter our house water since we moved into our new home in 2020. We hated knowing that we're cooking with water that contained chlorine, fluoride & so much worse! A Purigan water ad showed up on my instagram one day & I filled out the questionnaire & they called me the next day. They had Francisco come out and he was very thorough in explaining how everything would work. Then Mike Rinaldi came to install the system & was very polite & actually seemed like he enjoyed his job. As he was installing things & shutting off the water, he explained every step. Once everything was installed he explained what to do from there. We LOVE that we don't have to drink from water bottles anymore. The alkaline water tastes so refreshing & my baby's skin no longer has dry patches from bathing in hard water. We absolutely LOVE the system. read more

We installed a home filtration and water softener system, and the technician did an excellent job. Jose Pineda has 7 years' experience as a licensed plumber, and 3 years with Puragain, and is familiar with e-pipe requirements for copper pipes. The installation was meticulously performed, and he cleaned up the area after his work. We are happy with the price, and their service. I highly recommend Puragain Water! read more

Jesus V. did a great job installing my system. He was hard working, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and answered all of my questions. Jesus v. had to work in a tight area and in 94 degree weather, but he managed to get the job done well. He is truly the epítome of great worker. I live in the Palm Springs area now, so that will help explain the 94 degree weather I mentioned earlier. I highly recommend Puragain water company because their entire process, from the presentation to the installation, was smooth, free of any sales gimmicks, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. read more

I have been a customer of Puragain Water for approximately 7 months now. I just recently needed service on my system due to a filter change. Puragain was extremely responsive by giving me a fast and convenient appointment. Service techs Tommy and Seth arrived early for my appointment and both were professional and friendly. Without a lot of questions they took to servicing my system and within a half an hour we're done and on their way. Prior to leaving they offered to answer any questions that I might have and gave me some tips to assure that I was getting all my system had to offer. It has been a year since I purchased the whole house water filtration system plus the alkaline filter for the kitchen sink. I am so happy with the system! I usually take long hot showers and before installing this, I would sneeze a couple times at the end of my shower. I just knew something was in the water that was vaporizing and making me sneeze every time. I did my research on the water supply and just how many chemicals and contaminants are in our public water supply, ugh. It's crazy how fast our skin/body absorbs chlorine and what not. Our skin is one giant mouth! So it was a no brainer to me to get this installed. It's a bit pricey but it's an investment in my health and for the plants I eat from my garden. I have not sneezed in the shower at all for a whole year since. So happy about that! I have so much more peace now while showering and not feeling like I'm in a gas chamber. Also, all of the associates are super professional. I so appreciated José, who installed the system last June. He also helped me install a new kitchen faucet that has been sitting around for months. I paid him of course but he did not even quote me, he just said whatever you think is good. He's so humble and I really appreciate him staying later to do that favor. Seth who came by 3 months after to test the alkalinity of the drinking water was very professional as well. I just had Zach or Zack? come by to change out the main filters today and again, very professional and friendly. Whoever hires the employees, knows how to pick good apples :) Thanks again! read more

I am adding here my second review. Same day night Chris called me and asked what went wrong. I explained him that I didn't get information about the filter cost which I asked over the call and the cost given to me is not what I want to go ahead with. He explained me in detailed how it works exactly and what other options I have ( which was missing in my first call and meeting with Puragain) I was a miscommunication! And Chris made sure that I will get each and every information about their system and charges. So after 30 minutes of call I was very clear about it and decided to go ahead with Puragain. Also he sent another guy to inspect my house and made sure system will fit exactly how I want in garage, this was little tedious job but chris and tyler made it possible. They are talented and suggest appropriate option to their customers. I would definitely recommend their service as they take very good care of their customers and their issues. Thanks Chris for your time and making it fix on same day! read more

I was looking for a solution to the hard water here in the desert and this is the only one! Everyone - from Jennifer, who answered my initial questions and scheduled a consultation, to Elias, who showed up and explained how it works and Tanner, who installed the system during a heatwave - went above and beyond. The system is amazing, as promised - great tasting water and no hard water any more. Not only was this the smallest system, it takes no electricity, doesn't need salt, has maintenance included PLUS an extra installed alkaline water system (without a button or wait.) not only is it cheaper than traditional water softening systems, it's also much more affordable. I couldn't be happier! read more

I researched many websites before I decided on Puragain Water to protect my pipes & fixtures from SCVs hard water. Salesman and installation are different individuals, and Brian Garcia was the individual handling my issues with the install. Brian has such a calming disposition and good temperament that I knew I was in good hands and all would be well. Brian exceeded my expectations and never wavered in his attitude - he's such a calming person/spirit that I literally had no worries (which is nothing like me when it comes to contractors). Brian even came up with a design to make the issue better and I piggybacked off of that and designed a cute sitting area around the system as a nice addition to the front patio - like no one wants a water system on the front of their house at the entrance with extensive pipes - but Brian fixed the issues (including a leak and pressure problem) and ensured all was satisfied. I noticed the system working early on, the water spots started to go away on my black kitchen sink within the first couple of days. If you want a good and understanding company to handle your hard water problems, call Pruagain Water. read more

So far so good. Water pressure is low. I don't know why. I think we will invite one of their technicians back out to make sure the system is working correctly. read more

We just got Puragain whole house filtration system installed yesterday by Brian Garcia. He's literally the man! We ran into some issues right after he turned the water back on, and our irrigation pipe burst. But this had absolutely nothing to do with his work. I guess our pipe was so old and rusty, it burst. So he went out of his way to help fix this pipe, which had nothing to do with Puragain's system. He dug about 3 feet to get to the pipe and replace the part that broke. Any other company would say that it's mot their job to fix that, but not Brian. Now everything is working properly. The water is very clean, and we don't see anymore white spots on our sink and faucet. The water feels smooth as well, and is already drinkable. We highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for a whole house filtration system. Customer service goes a long way and we can already tell they're on top of it just by Brian's work yesterday. Thank you so much! read more

Angel and Brian from Pur Again Water were fantastic! Just installed Puragain Water!! Brian Garcia and Alex Martinez installers came with a friendly service and got the job done in about 2 hours. They did their job beyond what was contracted and fixed our water pressure problems. From finish to end, they were both experts in their field and didn't leave my house until I understood all the new installed systems. I am so grateful and I would highly recommend them!
